Great place! The people there are supportive and everyone I've worked with has been so helpful! I'm very small and a novice lifter, but I have seen progress even in a fairly short time :) I recommend highly!!!

Kettlebells are an amazing, full body work out that will have you improving both cardio and strength. Even better, this gym is full of helpful, supportive people. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and will always ensure that you're working toward your goals with excellent form. I recommend this gym to anyone - the members are all shapes, sizes, and ages. I stopped in to try my first class for free....4 years ago! Weight training and nutrition support - it's all here and it's all you need. Miss your cardio? Don't worry, do a hundred kettlebell swings and you'll be breathing heavy! Instructor-led 45 minute classes get you in and out fast. And if the mood ever strikes to flip a tire or lift a keg? Come to Strongman/Woman on Saturday mornings! BKC's trainers are helpful, the community is supportive and working out here has done so much more for me than I ever imagined. It's pretty great. I've been going for a month and my weight is going down and my strength and stamina are going up. Dan is excellent; I haven't had a "Coach" since high school, and it's motivating to take these classes and get immediate feedback on your technique from a professional (kettle bell is more than just grunting and sweating). I've got my 17 year old son going as well, and I'm excited to see what we can accomplish in the coming months and beyond. More...
