Before children, I spent many years enjoying cycling and running. But that was two decades ago… Due to a change in work situations, I recently found myself with a bit more time on my hands, albeit far from Wisconsin. From a distance, and over a period of several months, Craig helped me reclaim my love of running while preparing for a half marathon. We took things slowly and built up endurance while keeping my knees and other joints healthy. Craig was readily available whenever I had a question - just an email or a phone call away. I’ve enjoyed working with Craig tremendously, and am grateful for his guidance as I have become comfortable with the half marathon distance. I recommend Craig most highly - he helped me achieve something I only dreamed of just a few years ago. I look forward to his continued help as I prepare for the Chicago marathon in 2019. More...

Craig is a phenomenal trainer. He has a vast knowledge of exercises with the most up to date techniques. He is an expert at designing programs with attention to his clients fitness needs and goals. Craig has a wonderful personality and fantastic motivational skills.
It was a pleasure to work alongside him.

Never had a personal trainer before. Craig listens to what your goals are and customizes your workout so that you get the best results! ! Not like going to the gym... he is right there to make sure that you don't get hurt while motivating you to keep going! He is AWESOME at what he does!! More...

Craig is very attentive to his clients and makes training fun! He can work you as hard as you're willing to go. I came to him after multiple Pilates setbacks and never looked back. Craig is one of the better trainers I have worked with. In a world of "lack of attention to detail" Craig goes the other direction.
