B3 Event Management LLC

B3 event management did an awesome job with my wedding planning. I had fun planning my wedding with them. I am really happy that I went with them for decorations and event management.

They created a gopuram style mandap which was custom made in the limited time we had. Chanakya, who was coordinating the whole thing with me, provided me with multiple options throughout the process along with suggestions and ideas on how to decorate it, and how we can make it look fantastic. Final result - the mandap, the color scheme, the drapes, multiple decorations - was breath taking. Everyone of my friends and family had nothing but great things to say about how everything was arranged.

Chanakya is also very resourceful. He and his team is well equipped to handle every aspect of the wedding. His team is known to most of the wedding venues in town, and they have all have an excellent working relationship with him, which took out almost all stress of coordinating with all parties involved. In addition to that, he also coordinated with all the other vendors - getting the table clothes, linens, china etc to arranging the wedding photographer to making sure the beautician shows up on time.

It was money well spent to hire B3 not only for decorations but also for event management. They made my wedding stress free and smooth.

B3 did such a wonderful job for my family's wedding. Chanakya was very helpful throughout the planning process and even threw in a little extra the day of. The best part of the night was definitely the Rikshaw, which B3 decorated beautifully with flowers. Our guests were so suprised during the bride and grooms entrance in the Rikshaw and also that they got to take pictures on it in the photobooth. B3 events and creative designer Chanakya Gandhi did the best job for my Sangeet/Jaggo and wedding reception! The location for our Sangeet was not a typical or easy venue, yet when we walked into our venue it had transformed into a gorgeous burst of colors, umbrellas, paisley’s and the exact combination of vibrant peacock colors we had asked for.

After cocktail hour at our reception at the Cincinnati North Marriott, our guests entered our banquet hall to a classy and elegant chandelier lit stage and beautiful centerpieces. Chanakya delivered exactly what I had asked for, he was informative with his professional opinion but also incorporated what I wanted. As compared to others, with whom we discussed our vision with, Chanakya was the only one who really could complete our vision of large stages and backdrops, tall centerpieces, and even went the extra mile to include things last minute that elevated the whole ambience of the room.

He was available and easy to reach, very willing to show us things as we were never able to see things in person at his showroom—and to say that we trusted him was the best decision we made, because he was honest with everything and even willing to go the extra mile to obtain colors of drapes to ensure our color palette was matched.

Sunil and I, are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with B3 Event planner for our Son's recent wedding in Columbus OH. They are friendly, outgoing and fun to work with. We got so many compliments for the wonderful decor, especially the stage, lighting and the crystal pillar arrangements.! They went above and beyond the call of duty. Our Son and we were impressed with management organizational skills, as well as with the planning presentations, and timelines that brought us to the wedding day.
