I used AZ Roofing Works when we were selling our home and they were great to work with! We called in and quickly had someone at our house to do a roof inspection at our Phoenix home. The overview was thorough and they took pictures so we could 'see' everything they were telling us about the roof condition. Had to make a few roofing repairs, and those were also handled in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. They were very clean and courteous. Overall, great experience! These guys are great! It's a long story and with a great ending. We were purchasing a home and our realtor suggested this company for a roof inspection after our own roofing company was unable to come out in the time we needed. AZ Roofing Works was awesome and will be my go-to company for roofing work going forward. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to have several revised estimates and every time, they were prompt and courteous. I had to speak with several employees within the company and every single person listened, was helpful, and always prompt in any request, reply or question. As for their integrity - it's unquestioned. With the home sale, there was another company doing the work - but not all the work. AZ Roofing Works were honest in their revised estimates and said the work completed as they would have done (except for one flashing they would do differently). They never said anything bad about the other company or tried to sell us work that was already done. As for the work itself - it was extremely well done. They were thorough, cleaned up their mess (unlike a previous group) and gave us before and after pictures so we didn't have to worry about getting on the roof. In short, honest, thorough, customer focused and easy to do business with. More...

Just moved here and found Flat Roof flooded my 2 upstairs bathrooms. My daughter gave me Austin’s name. The company not only fixed my roof quickly and at a fair price. ...they also sent someone to fix 2 bathroom ceilings. That renovation team also worked diligently and was included in price. I have mixed review for the company. While the work they have completed appears to meet standards, their communication is sub-par. The company was quick to tell me when they needed additional funds for additional tile, "to meet code", but when it comes to meeting the time commitment they quoted they failed. They did not contact me to tell me they would need an additional day, or in-fact, that they would not be working the weekend.1. Work = Acceptable2. Quote = Fair3. Communication = FairUpdate, company did come out and complete the work and received a call from the owner. AZ Roofing Works is a great company to do business with. They worked on my roof in June, 2016. We had a bad storm the end of July which pulled down some flashing. I called them on Sunday, 7/31/16 and spoke with Alex Hernandez. He said he would try to get things taken care of on Monday, 8/1/16. WOW!! what a company.
