Great place, but go early for lunch. Small place and it fills fast. Service is quick and they are very nice.

If you're looking for hole-in-the-wall Tex Mex, you have found it. Located in an unassuming building in an unassuming part of town, this place is awesome. It is a small building, but they have maximized the space. We went for a late Sunday lunch and it wasn't crowded, but I could see it getting crowded at night. There was parking available on site. The queso was great and the rest of the food was absolutely delicious! More...

Although we arrived 20 mins till closing, they served us with grace as if we arrived at 7pm. Food is AWESOME! Salsa is HOT though!

Hole in the wall- not so much. Can easily miss this gem if you’re not looking for it. Great food. Cozy environment. Very friendly staff. I felt like I was at home. Nice ambiance. It was an accident that I wound up here, but a total win! More...

Delicious food, very fast and enjoyable service, excellent drinks, and a place I will continue to come time and time again.

The temp in the restaurant can be on the high side during a hot day, but nothing uncomfortable.

THE SALSA IS TO DIE FOR, but is very hot, so take heed.

Really good brisket tacos. Braised, pulled, and juicy. Fantastic house margarita. Unfortunately, the frozen kind weren't available at the time. Also, watch out for the table salsa. As a North Easterner, it was pretty hot. More...

This place is awesome. I normally don't give reviews but the food is great. I had the vegartrain fajitas and they were great. The salsa was spicy and tasty and the 4.00 mimosas were so good. Do yourself a favor and come check this place out. More...

First thing we noticed was how friendly the staff was when we entered. They were knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful. Salsa was delicious, but beware, very hot! My husband loves hot salsa so he was in heaven. Definitely get the 7 layer dip over the queso as it is much much better. Their brisket was cooked to perfection, and honestly all of their meat was cooked deliciously. We had a great experience and will definitely be making another visit. More...

Awesome food! Loved the chimichanga the most. Awesome service. Very personable, welcoming, fast and caring. They even threw in a dessert on the house for us for my wife’s birthday. Loved the cozy ambiance and will definitely go back. More...

My husband and I stopped by here after landing at Dallas Love. We stopped on a whim and a decent rating on Apple maps. It was the BEST thing we did on our trip! We love Mexican food, and have eaten at various local and authentic restaurants all over the US and even have a few favorite spots in Mexico City, Tijuana, and Guadalajara.

The absolute BEST SALSA I’ve ever tasted !!
The fajitas were spectacular, and he service by the owner was impeccable !
We recently moved to LAX and now fly into DAL regularly to see family and visit, we will be making this a regular stop for every time we come through Dallas! This place should be franchised, but I’m afraid that would take away from its local hospitality and personal touch! Truly amazing food and service! Way more than 5 stars ! Very authentic!
