(Partial Planning & Design)

This unique package is for the bride that has booked majority of the vendors for her big day, but is struggling with putting her vision together. I will take inspiration from your venue, dress and color schemes to create a design.

(Day of Coordination/ Month Of Planning)
This wonderful package is for the bride that has put in many hours of planning and wants to make sure that everything goes accordingly. This will allow the bride, and families to relax and enjoy the special day creating lifetime memories.

Day of Timeline review
A month before, we will go over the wedding day timeline that you have created and I will make sure nothing is missing and that everything is in order.

Day of coordination
Includes: Assisting the bride and wedding party with dressing, photo schedules.
Guiding the bridal party through processional and recessional.
Checking details both big (final head count for caterer, number of place settings) and small (placement of favors, menus and napkin folds). Handling decor set up & take down.
Checking floor plans, lighting levels, cake placement.
Cueing all wedding professionals.
Collection of gifts and personal items, inventory and safe removal.
I will spend 6-8 hours at the wedding free, any additional hours afterwards will be billed at $50 per hour.

Consultant will plan a Birthday Party, Anniversary Party, Corporate Event, Baby Shower, etc. from beginning to the end. Full Party & Event Planning includes finding venue location, finding DJ and photography, decorations, candy/treat bar, party favors, caterer, guest book signing management etc..


Consultation
Is a meeting or via Skype. This meeting is for us to get to know our clients as individuals. We will discuss your likes and dislikes. This allows me to build a trusting relationship you as my clients.


Budget Management
Includes helping our clients draft a budget that is right for them by discussing needs & wants for their special event. Basically analyzing financial information to ensure all operations are within budget.


Vendor recommendations & booking
We provide our clients with vendor recommendations and assist with booking. Here at Aurum Noir, we make sure we work with the best vendors to ensure excellent service.


Communication & payment management
All lines of communication stay open between me and my clients and their vendors. Every client will have access to me through the direct number and also via Honeybook. Payment management... I will collect all payments for each vendor at the time they are due to be paid.


Create a design and inspiration board
After discussing event details, I will design and create a vision board filled with color and specific elements of the inspiration for your event.


Attend all meetings with other vendors/services providers
I will schedule all meetings with vendors and service providers.


Detailed day of timeline management
About a month before the event I will create a detailed timeline to ensure that your special day runs smoothly.
