Ashley is the most knowledgeable and caring personal trainer I've ever had. She will sit down with you and do an in depth evaluation of what you're trying to accomplish and then will put a plan in place. Ashley pushes you very hard and brings out the willpower inside of you that you never knew existed! I highly recommend!! More...

I had been following Ashley’s page for a few months before I decided to sign up for one-on-one training with her. Ashley is 100% committed to her clients and was there for me every step of the way. Her devotion and knowledge are unmatched, and when I was working with her I felt my absolute best (physically & mentally). I want to first off point out that I can not recommend Ashley enough!! I've had several trainers over the years. Some were good. Some, not so good. Ashley is by far the best. Hands down. For the past couple of years, I've been on and off about being good on working out and eating healthy. But it was easy to go back to old habits when the stress of life takes ahold of you. It sounds a little cliche, but with Ashley, I've been able to change my habit of being healthy for a short period of time, to making it a lifestyle.All you have to do is what Ashley tells you. I've recommended a couple of friends to her and I've told them the exact same thing. We've all seen results. My cousin lost 10 lbs in the first two weeks!Laid out workouts with institutional videos and easy meal plans that actually taste good, she makes being healthy easy. More...

Ashley has been my trainer since September 2016, and this review is long overdue. Personally, I have been a big skeptic of personal trainers for a few different reasons: 1) They are expensive. 2) Their programs are generic.3) Their workout routines are boring.Ashley is none of those things! Since my initial orientation with her, she heard my needs, why I needed a personal trainer, and what my goals were. I have accountability issues when it comes to exercise and that is why I needed a trainer that just doesn't let me off the hook easily and doesn't make me do routine workouts.I have yet to repeat any of my workouts with Ashley. Her workouts are fun, engaging, and always challenging. Her 60-minute sessions fly by and you always leave feeling so accomplished and positive. The results speak for themselves. I was able to drop 10-15 pounds in the first few weeks. I work out at Ashley's personal gym, based in Nashville and I love her place. She also does in-house training visits and online 1:1 health and fitness coaching. All of her programs are super effective. She does an amazing job of coaching you and giving you the tools and knowledge to be successful both mentally and physically during and after her workouts. If you are looking for a personal trainer, mentor, and positive role model that truly cares about health/wellness/fitness and her clients, then look no further. I am very lucky to have found her. As a former elementary school teacher and instructional coach, teaching and learning is part of who I am. I find joy in helping others achieve their goals and their true happiness. I feel extremely passionate about health and fitness because without our health, what do we have? I have seen and experienced the loss of loved ones from disease and have seen how unsupported mental health issues can destroy a person and a family. My goal is always to help educate and empower you, and to increase your self-confidence by helping you build the body of your dreams.

I will help you build a strong core. Building a strong core will improve your overall balance and stability which will reduce the chance of injury. I will also help you improve your mobility and flexibility because I believe movement is freedom! We will work to improve cardiovascular endurance for long-term heart health, so you can feel fit and able to do everything you want to do in life. Lastly, I will help you build muscular strength and endurance in order to burn fat and tone up.
