I had a Groupon special so I figured I would give this place a try. This gym has really friendly staff and a nice variety of classes. They also provide ice pops after classes! The circuit training classes kickkkeddd my butttt!! They are super intense and fast paced and I could see how they might be a bit overwhelming if you are just starting out, but they do pair you with a partner who has an understanding of the routine, which is nice. However, if someone were more of a "beginner" i think the warrior or Sparta classes might be too difficult to start, and there is not time for much instruction as to how to scale the various stations/movements since it is so quick paced. I also tried out a few hot yoga classes as well as the hot Pilates class. I enjoyed them both. Ultimately, however, the timings of the various classes did not work as well for my schedule as I would have liked, and traffic surrounding the gym can be a bit of a pain after work - not at all the gyms fault, just not a great fit for me at this time compared to my current gym that is closer to my house! Overall, though, a really great place with friendly staff and a great diversity of classes! More...

This has been such a great experience. I got the deal for the 20 classes and did 15 so far. Its feels great at the end of each workout. The trainers are great, so is the location. I definitely have a long way to go but the fact that its challenging makes me want to go back. The pops at the end of a class are something I look forward to More...

The versatility of the classes offered is what I really like about Arrichion. I have attended Mystery Stone and Warrior so far - both very challenging but modifications are simple to make as needed. Everyone there is very friendly! This is a great place to condition your body and focus your mind. I look forward to trying more of their classes. Highly recommended! More...

I love the staff and I love the overall "vibe" of the gym. It's such a positive and uplifting place to be. It has easily become the highlight of each day I get to attend a class and has helped me get back on track with my fitness and journey to self love. I would describe the classes to be challenging yet relaxing. I came into the gym having never taken a yoga class let alone a HOT yoga class and I left my very first class thinking "wow that was awesome!" and I have been eager to come back ever since. I have already recognized my progress and I can't wait to continue to grow my practice! More...

Arrichion is the first studio I've ever practiced yoga at and it really made me fall in love with yoga. From the strength that's built in the classes all the way to the vibe as soon as you walk in the door.

As a reminder and warning: I was assaulted this morning at 7:30am in broad daylight by a complete stranger (male) and I was in Dilworth on East boulevard. I can 100% say the reason I am safe and was able to defend myself was because of the training I received here. It may be non contact- but the MMA styled class that they offer taught me moves and built strength that became literally life saving. I will be forever greatful for this gym and all of the unique classes they offer. Stay safe and alert out there!!! More...

Friendly welcoming staff. I have injuries so needed to modify my practice a lot and the instructors and environment was super comfortable to do that. Classes were challenging but there was no pressure or attitude at all. Totally the kind of place it's ok to do class even if your injured or don't have matching yoga clothes. Easy parking and convenient drop in classes too. Loved it. More...

First off Hot yoga is so Awesome !! This studio is even better. I'm very new to the yoga scene but this place made me feel like I fit in . They offer a variety of classes with unique names . The Diamond class is held in the dark with LED lighting, music and limited instruction. I love this class beginners are able to follow along well. Classes are available 7 days a week which is perfect for everyone. I found this place on Groupon , but will be purchasing a full membership it's worth it!!! More...

Took my first hot yoga class tonight after a year of pregnancy and postpartum recovery and it was THE BEST yoga class. I read mixed reviews about it not being "serene" and being super close to your neighbors in class. However, though both of these comments were facts - neither seemed to bother me. The teacher was helpful, the class was very well verbally guided, and as my first class back after such a long time, I wasn't intimidated at all. I will recommend this studio to anyone who asks Thank you Arrichion! More...

Arrichion Hot Yoga Raleigh has the friendliest, most encouraging teachers and they are also incredible athletes. There are so many great varieties of classes to take. Each one is carefully tailored to provide a targeted workout whether you want to focus on stretching and yoga basics in Diamond or Topaz or you want to go for an intense cardio/weight class like Tiger's Eye or Cardio Sparta. Arrichion is simply the BEST place to go for an amazing and unique work out. I have learned so much in the two years since I've started here. Taking each class at my own pace and building up to each and every new level. It has been a transforming life experience and I have loved every single, sweaty minute of it. More...

I started doing hot yoga back in high school to help increase my flexibility and core stability, which are two of the basic fundamentals of strength training for golfers, and am still doing it today. Arrichion isn’t like your regular yoga studio. They will push you to perform better and reach further both physically and mentally in a friendly and supportive environment. And for all you golfers out there who may be reading this post you would be doing yourselves a disservice not to come in and check Arrichion out. It has significantly improved my strength and conditioning which in turn has allowed me to improve myself as a golfer. More...

Was never a "yogi" because it was always too slow and monotonous for me to feel like I was doing anything...this changed when I started at Arrichion. The infamous Tiger's Eye class is a combo of circuit and hot yoga--perfect for me to start learning yoga poses and become stronger, leaner and more flexible. The mix of classes they offer insures that everyone can find benefit every day of the week, based on their needs (cardio, strength, stretching and flexibility). I highly recommend this studio to anyone in the RDU area! More...

This is a true hidden gem of the Triangle and an absolute must try! I started in Dec 2016 and have been hooked since. All the classes offered give a perfect balance of strength, cardio, flexibility....I don't need to go anywhere else. I also love that the classes are 45 min, great for my busy schedule. Another huge plus is the Arrichion Raleigh community and teachers are AMAZING! Everyone is very supportive, allows you to take it at your own pace, but also pushes you when needed I'm genuinely passionate about this place and I have already told all my work colleagues and patients, but wanted to share this with you all as well! I have always been active. I have played sports and/or worked out my entire life. My drive has always been about gaining strength and achieving physical results versus just trying to be skinny. That said, I had a hard time finding the right gym that could challenge me in a environment that didn’t feel plastic or like a dating scene. Because of that, I spent years of my life working out alone every day (running, tennis, at-home workouts, etc.). Marathons were my way of making my workouts social. One day, a friend of mine asked me to try hot yoga with her. I had zero expectations about getting any sort of workout out of it. But, my desire to simply accompany my friend that day changed my life. I walked out of a Bloodstone class dripping in sweat and challenged in a way I had never experienced through group fitness. I knew I was going back the very next day! I then learned that Arrichion also has group fitness weight lifting circuit classes as well as Olympic weight lifting classes entirely without the hot yoga. I brought my husband and my entire family to the gym for their different goals. The transformations have been incredible. Between my husband and kids, they have lost over 140 pounds! I have gained a tremendous amount of strength through the weight bearing exercises and flexibility that I have never had from the hot yoga. The people there are kind, encouraging and the environment NEVER feels uncomfortable. If you are looking for group fitness that will challenge whatever your physical abilities are in an environment where the people are AMAZING and feel like family- this is your gym. More...

This studio meets all of my fitness needs with a fantastic community of instructors and members that are very encouraging and fun to be with. The system they have designed offers a variety of classes from hot yoga to circuit training and Pilates, to address strength training as well as flexibility. Great for athletes as well as beginners. The instructors are professional, and know how to challenge the professional athlete as well as support the beginner. These classes, are HOT and aggressive, but accessible to all, as you build endurance, strength, and a tolerance for the heat. Understanding which classes do what can seem a bit confusing at first, but I've come to understand and see the physical benefits I get from each of the individual classes, when used as a system together. I found Arrichion through a Groupon when I moved to the Triangle, and after trying studio after studio, I was immediately hooked and never left. Their approach is so different from any other yoga experience in the area. I've been a member for over three years, and I still feel challenged every day, in every class, with every instructor. I am a certified yoga teacher with a degree in dance performance and an extensive background in running. For years, I would have the reputation of joining a gym, but only go for about a month and get bored and eventually cancel my membership. Not the case at Arrichion, I went a couple of times and was immediately hooked. The variety that is offered throughout the week, keeps me interested and the sense of community there is great. like most of us, we join a fitness place, go a short time and quit. This is one place I have been here the longest. I joined 6 years ago so to deal with my injuries and I got more than that. The community is just wonderful. You never a bunch of the friendliest people and every coach in there is there to encourage you and boy, do i need encouragement and push my limits. Through the years, new classes have been added, new or changed format to classes. It is more than a yoga studio. It's a circuit classes, weight class, bootcamp class, some of those yoga classes are intense. You will never get bored. I love everything about Arrichion and I am so glad I found them. More...

So, I'm finally deciding to post a review after about a year of classes (I was hooked after a Groupon deal. I started here with one *ONE* prior class of yoga experience.) Arrichion regularly says "it's not your average yoga studio" and it's not. It's a mix of hot yoga, plyometrics, HIIT, and a palatable amount of cardio (small). So it's different already. First, it's hard, real hard. If you're looking for a challenge, looking to try something new. Go here. Second, it's for everyone. Arrichion really welcomes a variety of people --equally accommodating to all. Even though the classes can be quite difficult, they're doable for people in all different walks of life. Lastly, the studio doesn't feel cultish, judgmental, or negatively competitive. People push each other in a healthy, encouraging way. A defining moment prompted me to write this review actually. I was disheveled before class and forgot a hairband. I was struggling with my hair flopping everywhere when the instructor quietly walked up to me and without breaking flow handed me hair tie. That might sound minimal- but honestly that's probably the best thing about this place. The people and atmosphere. It's not your average studio. Not your average instructors. Not your average work out. One caveat here: it's not meditative yoga. Generally that's what hot yoga is like with power vinyasa, but I'm just responding to some of the negative reviews. Overall, really great place to get your sweat on. More...

With the assumption that you actually like hot yoga, this is a great place.  I used to have an unlimited pass and went every morning before work until I moved.  They were always clean and I felt like their classes offered a great variety.  The hot pilates class made a visible difference to my abdominal area.  I always thought the studio was clean and enjoyed 95% of the instructors that I had.  I think they were all really great about laying out a sign that you did not want to be touched.  I always want to be adjusted, so my favorite instructors were the more hands on ones.  I did feel as though there was a variance in temperature though.  Some days were hot but fine.  Some days felt like death, and I was like I do this every day how could this feel so hot?  I thought I was losing it until I started saying something after class to the participants, like "did it seem warmer than usual?" And the whole locker room was usually like "omg yes!!" so, I'm not sure if it's the thermostat or maybe they need to adjust more based on the number of people in the room? More...

I have been to a few free yoga classes hosted by Arrichion and I have attended a few classes at their studio in Raleigh. Both events I attended were a great workout, but extremely fast! I felt like I barely had time to get into a pose before having to move into the next one which seems counterintuitive to the purpose of yoga. I decided to attend some actual hot yoga classes at their studio, because I liked the events enough. Even if you are a beginner, I would not recommend the Topaz class. I found it really uncomfortable and boring. However, I recently attended Bloodstone and I actually really liked it! It was the perfect pace--not way too fast like their free events and not super slow like the Topaz class. However, I probably would not renew my membership at this studio for a few reasons: 1) The music is way too loud making it difficult to hear the instructor 2) It is too far from me (not their fault) 3) The instructors do not care if you are a new student and do not bother to explain the correct way to do a pose! I brought two friends in and the instructor just said "if you don't know a pose, just watch me" but watching isn't enough! Especially in a packed class where you cannot see the instructor. There needs to be verbal instruction on how not to hurt yourself, especially in a hot yoga class where your muscles are super warm and you are more prone to hurting yourself. I would give this place a 3.5 but I bumped it up to 4 because I do like that they incorporate abs/shoulder work into their routines so I actually feel like I've worked out. More...

I'm an older, overweight, out of shape woman with a total lack of balance.  NOT a great candidate for yoga, right?  And HOT yoga?  Forgettaboutit! But when the orthopedist recommended yoga for the painful bursitstis in my hips, I decided that might be better than the prednisone shots that he had to keep giving me.  I did some online reading about yoga, including that hot yoga tended to be helpful to avoid muscles aching after yoga.  Shortly afterwards, I noticed a Groupon for Arrichion Hot Yoga.  The place was near my house and offered a schedule that offered classes DURING THE DAY, rather than just early morning or after work.  That's perfect for this retiree who doesn't do early morning anymore, and considers cocktail hour/dinner time to be the highlight of the day.I spoke with someone on the phone before purchasing, explaining my concerns and asking a bunch of questions.  The man I spoke to was nice, helpful, friendly and (most importantly) encouraging.  I was really nervous and self conscious during my first class, but quickly realized that this place is really non judgemental.  I love that there were no mirrors.  I love that there were people older than me, and more out of shape than me.  I love that nobody was watching me make an ass out of myself.  I love that the classes are only 45 minutes long (rather than the standard 60-75, which would have been totally impossible for me.)The instructors have been encouraging and helpful, often correcting my poses without making me feel embarrassed.  They have made suggestions of pose adaptions and other methods to work around my balance issues.  Sometimes there are two instructions - one leading the class, the other walking around helping people. Overall, they have been great! The place isn't pretty, and if you're looking for a yoga studio that feels spiritual or includes chanting, this isn't it.  Parking can be annoying, and the room can get crowded (another reason I like those classes during work hours).  The dressing room is small and no shower. And non of that stuff matters to me.  What does matter?  Within 30 days, the bursitis in one hip is gone, the other much better.  I feel better than I have in years, and my clothes are beginning to fit differently (am I gonna lose some weight?  I hope so!)  THANK YOU ARRICHION! Loved coming here for hot yoga!  I did the introductory package and got in 3 or 4 times during that package.  This is without a doubt my favorite place for hot yoga so far here in Raleigh.  The instructor was super friendly and asked me a lot after class about my experiences and what I thought and gave recommendations for other classes offered that I may also want to try out based on what I like.  The class was challenging and really nice and hot, which I love.  The class titles can be a little confusions, but Bloodstone is a great cardio/yoga flow combo workout and black opal  is more of a traditional flow yoga.My only complaint is that the parking situation is a little sticky, so come early to get a spot.  And as others have mentioned, there aren't showers, but I don't ever shower at studios/gyms anyway, so if you're like me, then it doesn't matter.  I guess if you need a shower, that could be problematic, though. I got the 20 classes in 20 days for $20 like many other reviewers have mentioned. I thought it was a great deal and decided to try it out. My only experience with yoga has been doing P90X, never any kind of class, so I was excited to try something new. I've been 3 times so far and absolutely love it. I've been going in the mornings which doesn't have the crowding problem people have been mentioning. It's a strenuous routine meant for people who are fairly fit (although they are very accommodating, you won't feel bad for not being able to keep up. Just most of the other people are fairly fit so that's the kind of environment there. Not your grandma's yoga class). The only downside is there's only one shower in each changing room, so there's a big bottleneck for people wanting to get cleaned up. I've been just heading home in my sweat and showering there. Although I really enjoy going I don't plan on continuing after my 20 days are up. I've been a member here for almost two years. The classes are always challenging and rewarding. The instructors are like coaches in that they will encourage you and help you get stronger, more flexible, healthier...you name it and they are there to help! The floor is cleaned after every class and they spray the room. The classes range from beginners to more advanced students. Not only do they have hot yoga (and krystallos-a hot Pilates class!) but they have circuit training classes which will surely kick your butt (in a good way)! There's now a new MMA yoga class with 3 pound dumb bells which is really fun and challenging. The studio has a milestone program where students are rewarded with a band for achieving a certain number of classes. This is a great way that the studio recognizes their clients and keeps them encouraged and motivated. If you are looking to spice up your workout-give Arrichion a try! The classes are fun and geared towards all levels but the heat may need a few classes to get used to. More...

The facility is okay, but it just isn't a place where I could practice on a regular basis. The yoga room shares a wall with their multi-purpose equipment room.  Occasionally the class in the adjacent room is loud, and I find it distracting.  It's not a good fit for me, but there are clearly many dedicated regulars. I've taken Topaz and Krystallos at the Raleigh location. Topaz is an excellent beginning level class both as an intro/continuation of yoga practice and for the heat. I had never taken a hot yoga class before and I was shocked at how much I loved it. Krystallos is more like hot Pilates mat work. Lots of focus on the abs! This class was at capacity when I took it but I had no issues with hitting anyone. To be fair, I am short, but I found the nook in the back was perfect. As for the comments about no mirrors, I'm glad they're not there! I'd be too focused on what I look like than whether I was focusing on the actual move. I like the idea of escaping from the constant worry of what I might look like doing something. I can let the heat relax me and sink into each move. More...

Arrichion is not for the  traditional practitioners of yoga. Arrichion takes yoga to a whole new level. This is yoga to the extreme where the focus is fitness, core work and strength in addition to all of the benefits of traditional yoga. If you want a total body transformation then dig deep and come to Arrichion. If your desire is to achieve total inner peace then you might want to move on. Tigers Eye is the toughest workout in Raleigh with a killer combination of yoga and circuit training. My husband typically burns around 1500 calories in this hour long class. Warrior is the circuit only class which is a wonderful addition to the yoga classes. Sparta is a strength training class where you further develop the core strength you gain in the yoga classes. Yes the changing rooms are small and there is not a full service day spa  in the locker room like at some of the boutique fitness centers in the area. But that is not the focus of Arrichion. The focus is on getting you into the best shape of your life. Yes the room is hot, but come on, it is a HOT yoga studio, what do you expect?  Yes there are a lot of people in the classes, but I think that it is motivation to keep working in the classes. So many of the negative reviews on here are from people who want the traditional yoga practice and don't like having to push themselves to a new level. Challenge yourself to a achieve a new level in your total body fitness and  you will become addicted to Arrichion like my husband and I are. We have both seen amazing results and you will too. Great studio with attentive instructors and great prices. I usually come in with the Living Social deals and I LOVE the bracelet system they have that lets me track my progress. Definitely reccomend for those that can stand the heat! More...

I feel like I need to write a review to defend this place. It's not nearly as bad as many of the reviewers are making it out to be.  In fact, I thought the place was pretty great. To address some of the reviewers complaints so you can make an informed decision: - Are the classes packed? Yes, they are.  Most likely your mat will be inches away from the mat next to you so yes- sometimes you may bump arms with someone or notice that the person in front of you is in dire need of a pedicure, but that is what yoga classes are like in any major city.  Worrying about other people will keep you from concentrating on your form, anyways. - Is it hot? Yes. It's called HOT yoga.  It is no hotter than any other Hot Yoga facility.  If you are brand new to hot yoga, you may need to lay down or sit down at some point b/c at first the humidity and heat can be a little much.  But your body will adjust after a few classes. - Are classes traditional Bikram yoga classes? No.  Arrichion blends different styles of yoga and some mat pilates moves into each class style.  If you are a yoga die hard - this might be disappointing or distrcting.  But if your objective is to increase flexibility, work your core, and improve balance then what do you care if it's traditional or not? That being said, would I personally invest in month-to-month? No.  Doing Hot Yoga and only hot yoga is not enough for me and for that kind of money ($115 a month) there are places close by that offer hot yoga + other classes (like spin and TRX).  Plus the "Warrior" class that is offered once a day is average at best.  On that point - I will agree with previous reviews. Perhaps the bitter Betties that gave this place a bad review left their zen in the locker room b/c they need to chill.  This place is fine and a great place to switch up your normal workout with something different.  One final note: I do wish that all hot yoga facilities (not just Arrichion) would post a memo to patrons saying something like "Please be a considerate yogi.  If you ate garlic or curry for lunch or chugged a 6-pack of beer last night, please do not take class.  The scent of alcohol, garlic and curry come out in your sweat and makes people around you want to die.  Namaste - Management" More...

I have been attending classes here for about a year now and I have nothing but great things to say about Arrichion! It's a great place to work out and I can honestly say I have never sweated so much in my life. Ever. Since joining Arrichion, I'll occasionally cheat on them and go to other studios especially when I'm out of town. Nothing really compares to Arrichion. What I like best about Arrichion is their friendly and laid back atmosphere. Staff and students are all so friendly and easy going. No pretentious instructors throwing confusing Sanskrit in your face (other than Namaste at the end), no chanting and meditating (it always makes me uncomfortable at other studios), no calling you out if I take water breaks. I also like how athletic their classes are. I used to think yoga was for stretching and relaxing, but I was proven wrong in their flow class. Whatever level of fitness you start off, you'll be treated the same. You just take it at your own pace.  This studio may not be for super yogis who are looking for something spiritual. More...

I bought the living social deal of $20 for 20 classes and being an avid fan of Hot Yoga - I was more than willing to give this place a try. After attending my allotted 90 days of hot yoga I have found:PRO'S1. Class typeThey offer several different hot yoga class types. Several hot yoga studios only have the standard Birkam style yoga. However, Arrichion offers more challenging Pilate's style classes or flow/vinyasa style classes.2. No mandatory ShavasanaOther studio's have a 2 minute cool down time where you lay in "shavasana" at the end of your practice. I always attend classes after work and I always want to hurry up and get home to start dinner after class. I know this is not very meditative or yoga like- but not having to get dirty looks from instructors because I immediately leave after practice is nice.3. The classes they offer are either 45 mins - 60 mins. A huge star in my book considering the traditional birkam classes are 90 mins. Wearing a heart rate monitor to gauge my workouts I burn just as much or more in the amount of time because there is no stopping for the shavasanas. CON'S1. Schedule/ParkingThere is no registration for class it works on a first come first serve basis- until the class fills up. So in order to get into the class and get a good spot in the studio you have to arrive at least 15 minutes early :( Usually the class before has not let out yet and there is limited parking. There is also limited standing room inside while you wait for the next class. I work out at some places that use a scheduler, but some how I do enjoy the freedom of being able to drop in to class and if I can't make a class then there is no big deal. I take this as knowing you need to get there early to get your favorite spot!2. Cramped SpaceIn the studio they pack you in like sardines. The have pre measured spaces for the mat's and the spaces are approximately 2 inches apart. This can be bothersome while trying to perform some of the poses. Overall, I really enjoy the variety and type of classes this studio offers, the studio is always clean, and boy do they bring the heat. I would have to say their classes are my favorite style of "hot yoga". More...

When I decided to try hot yoga, I noticed that Arrichion had the best reviews. Even though the location is not good for me, I decided to try it out with their $20 for 20 days deal. I am SO glad that I didn't let the location deter me! I always feel like I have gotten a solid workout, the instructors are excellent and it is truly a judgement free zone. The classes are also shorter than typical yoga classes, which is a plus for me - I am usually pressed for time and I can depend on Arrichion classes to start and end on time. The reason I am not giving the studio 5 stars is because the changing area is very small and parking can be difficult, but I am thrilled to have found a studio that is in line with my fitness philosophy. I love Arrichion Hot Yoga! When I was looking for a fitness center, I wanted to find a really balanced exercise regimen where I could work on cardio endurance, strength, and flexibility at the same time, and definitely found that at Arrichion. They offer 5 different classes, and each type of class goes through the same poses or flow series, so there's a lot of consistency across teachers. Each type of class has a different purpose and yoga style, from really stretching-intensive and restorative Bikram-style class, to a really athletic vinyasa flow. They also have a circuit training class with weight and cardio stations that you rotate through throughout the class. I like this class a lot because you rotate to each station by yourself so you can go at your own pace and choose whatever weights you want and no one pays attention. There's no judgment or comparisons in any of their classes, which really makes it a welcoming place for your yoga practice. The most unique part about Arrichion is their milestone program. They keep track of the number of classes you've attended and give out Livestrong-style bands for "milestone" classes (10, 30, 60, etc.). I thought it was a little cheesy at first, but it really creates a sense of community at the studio. Whenever bands are given out, other clients make an effort to congratulate each other and they give you a little shout out on their facebook page. Clients really make an effort to support each other in a way that you don't see at other yoga studios and definitely won't find at a typical gym. The supportive culture reminds me a lot of my experience on team sports and helps get me through the door even on days where I don't feel like working out. That's why so many people stay dedicated to their workouts and really see results at Arrichion. The only drawbacks? All the yoga classes follow the same series, which is great for being able to see progress in your strength and flexibility, but can get a little boring if you go everyday. And it's not the poshest/cleanest studio I've ever been to. But this is all pretty minor compared to the great results you'll see! More...

I love it when businesses offer trial discounts to new customers. The first time I tried Arrichion was last year. It is 20 dollars for 20 days of unlimited yoga. I absolutely love Tiger Eye, the class does circuit training and then bikram yoga afterwards. I feel 10 pounds lighter after that! This year, I was in town for a graduation and asked if I could get a prorated rate as I was only in town for 13 days. They graciously agreed, and I immediately attended their MMA Class. It is circuit training with kick boxing and punching mixed in. I do Krav Maga so it was perfect for me. All their yoga classes are bikram classes. You need to bring a large towel, yoga mat, and water. They have a bathroom and a room to put your shoes and bags. Five stars for great customer service, quality, and instructors. More...

I like the 60 minute classes over the 90 minute hot yoga classes so that is a plus with Arrichion.  In addition the instructors are great and easy to follow.  I've only taken Topaz but really enjoyed it.  The location isn't the best for me but I would make the drive to it on the weekend if I needed a shorter class.  They definitely need a larger parking, yoga, and changing area and more restrooms.  The studio itself feels a bit rundown and I don't feel its as hygenic as Bikram Durham, but rating just the class and instructors - pretty stellar.  #1 on my 60-minute class list, #2 on my overall hot yoga list. Arrichion Hot Yoga is the best hot yoga facility in North Carolina... hands down! Quinn Reynolds and her team have done a great job with bringing the hottest (pardon the pun) yoga trend to the Tarheel State! They have a  top-notch facility and all of the instructors do a fantastic job with teaching. I've tried a couple of the Bikram hot yoga facilities around but have a problem committing to the 1.5 hr format that most of them have.  What I like about Arrichion is that each class lasts an hour (which fits better with my schedule), and they have classes of varying lengths, which feature a variety of different types of yoga formats.  This has been alot more motivating for me than the other programs I've tried.  I'd definitely recommend Arrichion if you want to experience the benefits of yoga... or even if you're experienced with yoga but want to try something new! Awesome. I had tried old-school Bikram yoga many years ago, and liked it, but the whole 90 minute thing was an obstacle and some of the poses seemed ineffective and superfluous. I have tried most of the classes at Arrichion and they all rock.60 minutes, great workout, great environment. You will SWEAT, my friend. The Krystallos is a great core class, the Tiger Eye is a great hybrid workout/yoga class and the Bloodstone adds music and has a pretty intense salutation series, the Diamond is done by candlelight with music and is a great way to wrap up the week- Black Opal is my personal fave.. Each hour  long class goes by in a flash. I shall sweat my many caloric sins over the holidays out right here. Bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat. More...
