Called early Monday morning after spring broke on garage door. Message stated to text for a quick response from a technician. I did text and receive a quick response with a commitment to be on site early that afternoon. I received another text with an update 30 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arrival Gary and Craig assessed my situation and explained what repairs they recommended. These repairs were quickly completed and we discussed my temperamental, loud, and failing 18 year old opener. I was given multiple options that included new units with different features and repairing the old unit. I opted for a new unit comparable to my existing one and had it installed the following day. Had a broken spring repaired on my garage door this morning. Jeff and Craig showed on up on time, quickly assessed the job and completed repair in under an hour. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. My job is in an environment with many dock doors so I’m very familiar with pm and repairs. My door was broken for a long time an I wanted to use it again. I called Gary and asked if you could send someone out to look at it. He was very professional on the phone and scheduled a time for a technician to look at my door. The technician arrived on time a couple days later and looked at the door. He concluded I needed a new motor and photo eyes which was exactly what the problem was. He had the parts at his warehouse and scheduled another appointment a couple days later. Gary followed up with me and confirmed the price, which was amazing, also the appointment time. The technician was on time again and completed the job perfectly. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend this company. I may upgrade my other door to the new belt drive because the one they installed is so nice. More...

I never write reviews, but these guys were so great that I feel compelled. The torsion spring broke on our garage door after a new opener was installed by us. They came and replaced the spring the day that I called and checked and adjusted the newly installed opener. They were here in record time after the call, they were a pleasure to work with, and spoke to me like they care about their customer and their work.
