AquaSeal Stucco and Roof Restoration

New Mexico AquaSeal replaced our ten year old tar and gravel roof in two phases. We started with the little casita in the spring of 2016 and completed the rest of the house in the fall of 2017. We had already had several leaks repaired, and wanted to replace the roof with a TPO Single-Ply Membrane roof. A friend had recommended NM AquaSeal so I called them and two other roofing contractors. After meeting with all three contractors, we had no question that we wanted to work with NM AquaSeal. After two years, we know that we made the right decision. Here are the reasons we chose them. 1. AquaSeal offered the product we were interested in, provided samples of the material, and explained exactly what they would be doing. The fact that GAF, the manufacturer of the TPO Single-Ply Membrane, offered a 20 Year Gurarantee was very important. The two other companies did not offer this product and tried to talk us into other types of materials. The guarantee of the roofs they proposed were only 10 to 15 years. 2. At the initial meeting with AquaSeal, Anthony Moya arrived with samples of the TPO Membrane, literature from GAF the manufacturer, and a precise aerial measurement report of our multilevel roof. He did not need to climb up on the roof and measure. By using Google maps and EagleView Technologies product, he knew everything he needed to about our roof. He discussed exactly what would be done, and provided an estimate of how long it would take. The other two contractors had to drag out ladders and climb up on the roof to measure. They brought no samples, and talked in vague terms about what they would do. 3. The proposal from NM AquaSeal arrived by e-mail within 24 hours. The proposal provided step by step details of what they would do, and an estimate of the time required to complete the work. The other two contractors had not returned proposals by the end of two weeks. I called them, and finally received a rather incomplete written proposal by mail from one of them. The other company never delivered a written proposal, but gave a ballpark price estimate over the phone. One of the prices was twice what NM AquaSeal had proposed, and the other was about $8000 more. After we had signed the contract with NM AquaSeal, the work was scheduled in a timely manner. Everything went like clockwork. Removing all the gravels was a messy horrible job for the crew, and I tried to provide plenty of ice water to keep them hydrated. After that was completed, the new roof was installed very rapidly. Not only do we no longer have leaks, we don't get gravel and dirt from the roof after a heavy downpour. We also feel that the house says a little cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter because of the 1/2" EPS FanFold Insulation (R-Value of 4.5) that was was installed under the TPO Membrane. NM AquaSeal has inspected the roof on a yearly basis and has repaired anything that looks as if it might cause a problem in the future. We are delighted to recommend New Mexico AquaSeal. More...

I hired NEW MEXICO AQUA SEAL TO DO A NEW ROOF THEIR PRICE WAS MORE THAN COMPETITVE IT WAS IN FACT SUBSTANTIALLY CHEAPER THAN THE OTHER BIDS. THEY DID THEIR WORK TIMELY AND PROFESSIONALLY AND DID A GREAT JOB.ANY ISSUE THE OWNER ANTHONY HANDLED TO MY SATISFACTION.I WOULD AND DO RATE THIS COMPANY 5 STARS I THOUGHT THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB I HIRED THEM TO DUE A SECOND ROOF (BOTH PROPERTIES ARE RENTALS IN SANTA FE) AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON THE SECOND HOUSE AS WELL.ON THE SECOND HOUSE I HAD AN ISSUE WITH A SUPPORT BEAM AND THEY WERE ABLE TO REPAIR AND REPLACE THIS BEAM.I HAVE RUN OUT OF HOUSES THAT NEED ROOF WORK BUT I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR SURE STEVEN B More...

Highly Recommend. I called 3 companies for a quote on a new roof & cooler. NM Aqua Seal came out at the time stated and gave us the best thorough proposal compared to the other companies. They stated in writing what they would do, what we should do and gave us multiple color options. Their quote came in 4 thousand dollars less than the other two companies. They waited for me to get approval back from my Homeowners Association. Booked me for a Tuesday, and had the roof completed Wednesday morning.
