Back in August, I called up Anu Attorneys to consult about my employment situation and its impact on my immigration status. Aditya helped me understand my rights clearly, and encouraged me to seek new employment and explained the criticality to let labor the dept know as well to get my back wages, and he didn't charge me a penny for this consultation . I took his advice joined the new company in September and applied work visa transfer through my current employer while the previous employment visa was pending for approval with USCIS. However, this time I received 5 page RFE questioning my status and other areas in all possible scenario by immigration dept (more than anticipated). I called back Aditya and explained my situation and sought their representation. Anu attorney charged me a flat 2 hrs fee ( I'm sure my case was too complicated would definitely taken more hours). We received very detail documentation for review, and the firm submitted evidences on time and within few days of submission I got the visa approved, it was a breeze with their strong documentation and expertise. These guys are well experienced and on top of new immigration trends (needless to mention with all the things going on now !)
