My husband and I spent a LOT of time researching photographers and Angela was always our number one contender. We noticed a special quality to her photos that we didn't see anywhere else.
They weren't just pretty pictures. They were notably more elegant and made us really feel the love of the couple through the photograph. Once we met with her and her husband John, we were sold even more because they are so personable and really try to get to know who you truly are as a couple. We were both nervous that we weren't photogenic but she reassured us we'd love our pictures and she was absolutely right! She is amazing at making you feel comfortable and beautiful during photo shoots. She also really understood our style aesthetic without us needing to try very hard to articulate it. She just got us! John did our videography for our engagement shoot and wedding and the two of them together are SO much fun to be around. We are thrilled with both videos, which are so classy and elegant and capture these special days perfectly.
Angela really goes the extra mile too. Just one example- she knew I love Grace Kelly's style, so she found the most PERFECT dress with Grace Kelly flair in a vintage store which I wore for the engagement shoot. She has impeccable taste and is great at helping to find everything you need to create the photographs of your dreams. She also brought in an amazing stylist to do flat lay for our wedding (Hi Kristin Shockley from Lustre Theory!) You will not find this in many photographers. Angela is one of a kind, and worth every penny. My husband and I are forever grateful for the beautiful pictures we now have from both our wedding and engagement shoot. We fully intend on hiring her and John for any and all future photo/video shoots as our lives continue to unfold.

Angela and her husband John were wonderful to work with! Angela and I corresponded via email about the wedding and what we wanted for months. Angela is so sweet and makes you feel so welcome, like family! Angela and John are laid back and make the day feel calm and make things run smoothly. Oh wow. I am not even really sure where to begin. Angela is incredible, and I sort of lucked into having her as our photographer. I had messaged a different photographer I had found on Wedding Wire, and she responded that she was busy the weekend of our wedding, but she recommended Angela. I reached out to Angela and she asked to speak on the phone to get to know each other a bit better. She was the only vendor to do that, and it was really great. I spoke with her for at least 30 minutes, and we talked about the vision for the wedding, photographer style, pricing, etc. Angela is professional, kind, considerate, and so talented. I still pinch myself when I look at the photos from our engagement session with her. We look like we were in a magazine spread! She just has this incredible eye and vision for the perfect shot. She and her husband are a wonderful team, wonderful people, and really great to work with. She goes out of her way to communicate often and openly and she also offers gentle guidance - which we especially appreciated as we had never had our photos taken professionally before. I remember being frustrated when I first looked for photographers soon after our engagement (it took us 3-5 months to find Angela), because I just wasn't happy with what I was seeing for our price point (we did a wedding on a budget). But as my mom coached me, photos are the one place you shouldn't skimp. She is right! You will have these photos forever, they will be passed down to future generations. Angela is amazing from start to finish. We had wonderful experience with her throughout the whole process and Angela went above and beyond perfection. She along with her husband, John, made us feel so comfortable and we had such a great time. When we first met her we knew immediately that we wanted to use her. She walked us through the whole wedding experience and answered all of our questions. She helps you think of everything before the wedding day and even sent out a bridal guide with very helpful information. We kept in communication through the year about the wedding timeline and I sent her inspiration photos and she really was great about getting back to me quickly. During the wedding she was very professional and was wonderful with the guests. She did such a great job at leading us into the poses and we just loved how both our engagement and wedding photos turned out. A month after our wedding we received the pictures, and we absolutely LOVED them. The wedding album was STUNNING!!! We were so pleased with our album and how she delivered everything to us. She has such an amazing eye for details and captured our day so well. Each picture has a richness to it and the angles and tones and colors she captured really brought us back to the day of the wedding. Hiring Angela was probably was the best decision that we made! We will never use anyone other than her for photography. I highly recommend Angela if you are looking for a wedding photographer who truly cares about clients and pays attention to details, makes the wedding experience relaxed and more of a relationship than just a wedding vendor. More than that, Angela made us feel completely at ease, encouraged us to be natural, and made taking pictures so very much fun. Angela was AMAZING! Not only is she sweet and kind but she really gets what her clients want. She put together such a beautiful package when she delivered the prints and photo album, it was timeless and just WOW. The engagement photo shoot location was out of this world. She made me and my husband feel comfortable and made me feel like the day that I felt when I first learned I was in love with then boyfriend, now husband. She allowed us to just be ourselves, to talk to each other and do what we would normally do together, meanwhile she would be taking snaps of us in our element. Not to worry though, if you are looking for posed pictures she does those too. I don't know if most photographers do that, but she also had us pose but not in a way that looked like we knew a picture was taken, she made them look like it was a moment she had just captured. NOW THE WEDDING PICTURES...so dreamy. I look at them often. I was so tired that day, had being sick all week and finally my stomach had calmed down enough to be able to make it to my own wedding. I had decided that I didn't want us to the first look, I didn't want Dallas to see me until I walked down the aisle, so towards when we were taking the pictures after the ceremony, I was beyond ready to lay down in a bed and fall asleep. Look no further for a photographer-- this one will have every detail under control and will go out of her way to make your day more memorable than you will even think to. She takes beautiful shots focused on natural light and welcomes your input on the types of photos you want. She has an eye for this though -- you can know nothing and she will be able to lead you through the process of getting perfect wedding photos. From the very start Angela made our experience very personable and truly got to know us as a couple. We have used her for engagement, wedding, maternity, and newborn pictures. The pictures are absolutely beautiful! She brought personalized props to each photo-shoot, and offered as much time needed to get the perfect picture. Angela truly captured every sweet moment of our wedding; from detail shots to candid family pictures. She created a beautiful box as a memory for our wedding filled with my perfume, a letter from the groom, and printed pictures.
