Ziv's team renovated an entire ~1900 Sq ft condo from head to toe...from concrete and studs and a horrible eye sore (never touched since 1982) to a modern oasis. 2 new baths, beautiful kitchen with pantry, wine bar and newly located washer dryer. We had an awesome experience with Ziv and his team!! We were on a massive time crunch and they delivered with excellent results. Ziv gutted and remodeled our master bath in 4 weeks. We were very new to the remodeling game and Ali the project manager helped us every step of the way. I would highly recommend them and already have. We were beyond thrilled with ziv as our contractors. I can't say enough good things about him, and would highly, highly recommend.

We had a large remodel project, that involved removing the walls between the kitchen, dining room and living room, and then a complete remodel of the kitchen area. His recommendations were all excellent, including the fact that we should get an architect to evaluate for wall support before we even started.

He was extremely personable and hands-on, and we consistently reachable at all times. They offered a quote that was very reasonable, especially compared to others, and finished the job in line with budget and on time. I also don't think we would have received better service from anyone else.

When the store we purchased appliances from came in to measure (after the custom built cabinets were installed) they said it was "the easiest measuring job they had ever done, as whoever our contractors were knew what they were doing. All valves and plugs were in the exactly correct spots." Ziv and Roman had us purchase the appliances before cabinets were built and put in place, so that they could make sure (based on model numbers) everything was exactly where it should be.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience with this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More...

We just had our home (bath and upstairs) completely remodeled by American Quality Remodeling. What started as a rendering ended up an absolutely amazing job by Ziv and his workers. It took a little longer to get it finished, but the quality and final result was worth the wait. I used American Quality Remodeling to up date my 25 yr old kitchen. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. From the time that project manager SHIRAN came to my house for an estimate to the last day the workers left, it was a good experience. Shiran made several suggestions that I would have not ever thought of and made them work. Benny and his cabinet crew were so quick at both demo and installation that I barely saw them. Christian came in at the end to finish up and put the shine on the final touches. Every worker that came into my house was extremely professional and respectful of me and my home. We hired American Quality Remodeling for our bathroom remodel. We worked with Roman, Ivan, and Eduardo. Roman was the forefront person who made my bathroom vision a reality. Ivan and Eduardo were the actual contractors who worked on the bathroom. I am very pleased with the results afterwards. My bathroom is beautiful. Well 5 months ago I called American Quality remodeling to give me a price for my backyard I needed a new patio cover an artificial turf and some cement work I was be able to schedule appointment the same day and after quick evaluation of my backyard I got a price that I was happy also they agree to work with me with Finance and qualified me in a matter of 20 minutes job got done within the timelines very nice crew project manager did above and beyond and was there everyday the way  he  promised me at the first meeting

Ziv provided invaluable assistance for my kitchen and guest bath remodels. He provided excellent service and follow-through. His design expertise is flawless and creative. At the same time, he suggests ways to reduce cost where feasible. His work ethic and honesty win high praise from me. His technical knowledge of the construction phase is extremely helpful in cabinet measurements, placement, etc. He goes the extra mile--listens and offers solutions. I loved having him advice and counsel throughout the duration of both projects. He is a delight to work with and, now that the projects are completed, I miss our many conversations.
