We had our wedding here Aug 30,2019 and it was amazing!! The staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. Darcy, Mary were so much help through the whole wedding process and Marian and mary have another business they run through it called belle dolce design and the flowers and decor that you can rent from them is so beautiful and amazing prices. They will work with you so your wedding day is beautiful stress free as possible and just amazing. Just had our wedding here and it was amazing..the staff was great mary and marian were just on top of everything..We cant thank these ladies enough for all there hard work they put into setting everything up and making sure we were happy with everything! Mary and darcy and staff did such an amazing job with our wedding! From the set up to tear down these ladies were phenomenal! !! They treat you like family, the whole staff made sure all.my guests were good and always asked if we needed anything else. They were on the ball! The American Foundry is a class act. It's big; spacious in fact...yet creative use of design elements and lighting gives this space a feeling of intimacy without being cramped. The bartenders hustle! The staff knows your name..and if you're new, you won't be by the end of the evening. A large stage runs across the back of the room with the ability to showcase even the largest of ensembles. Went to a wedding reception here this afternoon .The staff are great very well stocked bar , nice dance floor , and great food. I realy liked the crab cakes and.cheese tomato and Basel snacks. My daughters wedding was perfect ! And a big part of that was how wonderful the team at the American Foundry was, from beginning to end. Here are some standout things. Love that the floorplan is tiered. Not a bad seat in the house everyone could see. (We did not use the most upper level for seating but instead had activities ie.photobooth, kids activity table) People sitting at these tables might have had less visibilty . While setting up they would text with quick questions so at to have it be just the way my daughter wanted. I LOVED that they asked for a number to contact ,so as not to bother her on her special day. At the end of the night they had wrapped and labeled the bride and grooms meals (because of course they were to excited to eat) They took them back and had a wonderful meal to sit down and enjoy when they were hungry. We have come here for Sunday brunch and it's to die for. Hand carved, slow roasted turkey and trimmings as well as numerous pastries, frittatas, breakfast meats, etc. Anthony Joseph's trio plays live during certain Sunday events.The Ciappa's and serving crew always make it an awesome experience.We also hosted my dad's 70th birthday here in June 2015. (I can't believe I didn't post about it already). We met with the manager and chose from their amazing celebration options (they do sit down and buffets) to create a memorable birthday bash.With over 100 guests, the Ciappa team made it easy and stress free from the initial inquiry to the actual event itself. They worked with me to get our video of his life working on their big screen as well.The food was delicious as usual and the service stellar.I've also attended other celebrations here and they never miss their mark.I highly recommend The Foundry to anyone hosting a celebration (wedding, anniversary, birthday bash) as well as for Sunday Brunch. Beautiful place for a wedding or any other large gathering. Mary, her family, and staff are all so nice to work with. The food is always delicious both at their events and weekly bites night. I recently held my wedding here and loved every minute of it and I thank the Foundry staff for making it go so smoothly. They do a great job setting everything up exactly as you want it and take care of everything from start to finish. Mary is so accommodating and an absolute joy to work with. Mary & Co really listened to how I wanted the event to go and offered suggestions from their expertise but were never pushy. Their entire staff was really professional, especially one waitress who was designated to make sure my husband and I were taken care of. Our dinners were all fantastic (we did a split entree of beef and chicken and a vegetarian option of pasta primavera) - they have some really talented people working in their kitchen.
