Wow is all I've gotta say!If you've lived in Miami for any period of time (like, 5 minutes) you know that customer service, well, the lack thereof, is a huge issue down here. I am the president of a non-profit organization here in Miami. We are attending an event this Saturday and I had a last minute epiphany on Monday - tote bags!I emailed half a dozen local companies and Cristina/Amazon was the only one who got back to me - and within an hour to boot. She gave me an excellent price, told me what would be most economical for my needs (what business owner does that?!), and offered for me to come by and say hello. Her shop is right around the corner from my office, so it was super convenient. Cristina is friendly, attentive, and accommodating. In short, a breath of fresh air in Miami. What information do you need from a client before you start work?
We need to know how the piece is going to be used. Will it be inside of another piece. The finished size of the piece and if there is a deadline to meet. We also should know if the piece needs to match a spot color or if its going to be a digital print. All that is vital information.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
The bulk of our printing projects are business advertising, postcards, flyers, pocket folders, pamphlets and creative pieces that are custom made.
Describe your creative process.
We make sure the design is fit to the client's need. Different products or usage require different set ups. A print design doesn't use the same colors as a web ad -- only experience designers know how to design as needed.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We need to know the finished size of the piece, what colors need to be used whether it is spot colors or cmyk. Need to know if you are going to print on press or digital color printer. Do you have a deadline?
What do you love most about your job?
We love to see our designs in print, on billboards, in banners and especially in the mail. Our creative team knows the different lines of business, and also know social behavior to make your printed piece eye catching at all times, whether its knowing placement or colors, we have the knowledge.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to do work right, to treat clients with respect and to make a nice living out of that, its really simple. Treat people as you would like to be treated... golden rule always works... give fair prices and give quality work - that is what we do best!
Why should our clients choose you?
Our business grows mostly from referrals, and that says a lot about us. We have the years of experience, we do things right the first time and we give cost savings advise as well as make sure the work is professional. We work with some of the most skilled craftsmen to product a quality piece.
