A very professional firm & great personal experience. I came to Saeed in a bind with the set up of my business. I set it up online using a discount service and mistakenly set some things up wrong. Saeed sat down with me and talked for almost an hour about my goals & priorities with the company. He presented me with several options to remedy the paperwork and amendments . Saeed prepared new documents and sat with me for hours going over the details ( at my request) of the legal language in our agreements. He filed everything with the state on my behalf and made the process very easy for me. I cannot say enough how great this experience was. His advice was absolutely invaluable.
