I am one of the founders of Yoga Haven and initially created a FREE build-it-yourself website through Wix, which is not very functional or user friendly. Considering I have a full-time job and also run a nonprofit organization after work, I couldn't spend the time needed to use Wix and figure out what would actually make our website more impactful.While I was looking at alternatives, I was very fortunate to meet the owner of Alteza Labs, Luis Camargo, who did an incredible job of redesigning our website YogaHaven.orgIn just under 2 months of our website being relaunched, we've had consistent responses from interested volunteers, donors, program partnerships and even a New York video production interested in a possible future documentary featuring Yoga Haven. We are excited about what else our website will be able to bring to our nonprofit in the coming months. I highly recommend Alteza Labs for web design services for your company or project. Luis Camargo is incredibly smart, attentive to details, takes the time to understand your goals, and will research and study your industry to build a website with content and messaging that is a lot more persuasive than our previous website. I first started working with Alteza Labs about 3 years ago after having gone through 4 different versions of websites and building multiple websites on different domain names. One of our biggest issues with our previous web design company was that our website was quickly outdated (they weren't mobile friendly and still using Flash which would never work on Apple!). Luis' approach has always been to educate us and show us why certain things will either help or hurt our business and guide us to what will be in the best interest of our business. From the beginning, Luis helped us map out a plan for long-term growth by focusing on generating more borrowers and revenue for our mortgage company. Alteza Labs has been able to stay on top of what it takes to make sure that our website 1) makes us appear legitimate and professional to potential borrowers 2) integrates with our back office so that our team can quickly follow up with borrowers 3) that it presents the information in an easy way that helps answer customer questions and makes our website convert cold prospects into leads so that we have new leads to follow up with automatically emailed to us We will continue to work with Alteza Labs simply based on the performance of our website (which we didn't realize was possible before) and the level of attention and care that he provides. Luis from Alteza Labs provided a wealth of advisory services to help me, a complete SEO newbie, start promoting my business. I was given the task of redesigning and rebuilding an internal employee website for a Fortune 50 company with thousands of web pages. The problem we had identified was that the website was difficult to use and so a lot of people weren't using the resources or files available on the internal website. With dozens of departments and thousands of pages to analyze, it felt like an impossible project.I reached out to Luis from Alteza Labs to consult with us and help us figure out the right strategy moving forward. Alteza Labs' approach to the problem was just what we needed.
