I can’t begin to say thank you enough to the Alpha Events and Décor team for the decorations at our engagement ceremony. My fiancé and I initially had a consultation with Vinod Cherian where we had a brainstorming session on what we wanted for our engagement ceremony. Alpha Events & Decor did decorations for my wedding & for 2 pre-wedding events. - Sibi, Vinod & Lincy were very pleasant to speak to and work with. - They were very accommodating of last minute needs.- They got the work done in a timely manner.- The floral & table decorations were elegant.- Slightly better pricing than other decorators in the area.- In terms of the stage arrangement for our wedding reception, we were a bit unhappy as we felt there was a discrepancy between what was advertised vs what we received (particularly in terms of colors - pictures below). We had also requested hanging tea lights on the arrangement, but they weren't done. We were a bit unhappy that we weren't told until less than a month before the wedding that the stage sofa advertised to us wasn't available (this was not mentioned in the 2 meetings prior to that). Let me start off by saying, look no further for your event decoration needs. Alpha Events and Decor along with its staff are some of the friendliest, most professional and accessible individuals you'll meet. We booked their services for our Indian wedding through a referral and we were not disappointed. From the beginning they were very interested in giving us their best work while respecting our budget. They will sit down with you however many times you need to feel comfortable with your design wishes and we never felt like we were being pushed into a decision. They were easy to reach via phone and text messages for answering quick questions. The team we worked with included Lincy, Siby and Vinod, they went above and beyond making sure we were happy with the plans. My wife and I gave them the creative freedom to do what they felt was best within the theme we asked for and it turned out great. Thank you Alpha Events & Décor - by far the easiest vendor to work with during our wedding planning! We were initially concerned because they were newer than the other decorators we were considering, but they quickly changed our minds once we met with them. They were quick with responses, spent hours with us making sure to get every detail we wanted right (even before we signed a contract or paid a deposit), and most importantly they were patient with our busy schedules. We appreciated how much they accommodated us, taking all our thoughts and suggestions and turning them into impressive displays. We had such a hard time finding a decorator, and after I had emailed quite a few in the Dallas area, a family friend reccomended Alpha Events and Decor. I sent them an email simply to get a quote and see if they were even available, and I got an immediate response! I was not sure what I really wanted and sent over a few options from Pinterest to see what they could do and within the day they had scheduled a time for me to come into their showroom and emailed me additional ideas and samples! When I finally went into my meeting with them, they had built samples of all the Pinterest images I sent them to show me what they looked like, and also built a few additional ones to spark my imagination. I got a chance to meet the entire team and after the presentation that they put together, I knew I wanted to work with them. From the very beginning they were so easy to work with, and patient while I tried to pick and choose between all the wonderful options they gave me. While I was unsure of what props and pieces I needed, they worked with me to make sure I had props that would set the right scene without being overwhelming and made sure I stayed within my budget. They made the best reccomendations to bring my vision to life and I was completely blown away as I watched them set everything up the day before my event. It exceeded my expectations and looked so wonderful! And when a couple who was touring my venue asked about the decor team I was more than happy to share Alpha’s card with them and I know I will be reccomending them to many more friends and family! We all know how hard it is to choose the right team for wedding or any events decor. I went upto more than 7 different wedding decor people in the metroplex, and I must say the customer service and the variety I got from these guys was phenomenal. I scheduled an appointment with them and they literally spent more than two hours with me to satisfy all my concerns, needs and questions. They sounded really promising, which was a deal maker for me. Other wedding decor people were just not listening to me, rather than they were trying to impose themselves onto me.Whereas team Alpha were great at listening to me and my choice and then suggesting me the right thing. They have a vast collection of beautiful decoration items. I am very picky with what I like. Their collection of items are extremely elegant. They did my wedding reception and I was more than satisfied with what the entire hall was transformed into. It literally looked nothing less than some movie wedding set. All the promises team Alpha had made to me were fullfiled and they literally made sure the event went great. All the guests were literally stunned with the decor and well planned lay out. Beautiful flower arrangements to the most elegant center pieces and the grand 36x12 stage with chandlers uprights and beautiful flowers.I highly recommend these guys for any kind of events. My husband and I used Alpha as the decorators for our wedding and they did a fantastic job. We chose them because after much shopping around, we felt they had the most reasonable price. We received so many compliments on how nice our centerpieces and our stage looked. They always took the time to speak to us about anything whenever we wanted. I could literally pick up the phone at 10 pm and text someone and get a response. I barely gave them any direction on what I wanted. I just told them what colors/theme I would like. We loved every moment working with Alpha events and decor for our reception decor. They truly have the best creative ideas ever. We had an amazing engagement reception decorated by Alpha Events. They were highly recommended by our Church community to provide amazing service. From the moment we contacted them , they were super friendly and very easy to work with, eager to make our vision come true.
