When I lived in AZ 13 years ago, Landis was my trainer. He was amazing then, I can only imagine how much greater he is seasoned 13 years more. I’ve had a great experience being introduced to weight training. He’s very knowledgeable to say the least. Highly recommend for any body type. Landis will help you with realistic goals and help you learn to love you. More...

I've known Landis since 2002 when he got me ready to play football in the AZFL. During that time, my strength was increased so much, I had no issues holding up the 300+ lb defensive linemen I was placed up against, my teammates considered me the best offensive lineman on the team, and all this at the age of 25-26. We've kept in touch over the years and after having a stroke last year he still keeps my head on tight to not give up on being able to walk again. All in all, he is the truth! He will get you where you want to be. More...
