I was facing an imminent forelosure sale on the home my family and I had lived since it was built 8 years ago. I had come into the means to bring the account current, but the bank refused to accept the payment, and our home was sold at auction to a 3rd party.
Our attorney, Jason Billick, was able to use his thorough knowledge of the legal system, and refined negotiation and strategic skills to bring the bank back to the table. Combined with a tireless energy and passionate desire to provide the client with all options throughout the stressful process, we were able to regain ownership and remain in our home.
The office staff was always warm and caring, both on the phone and in person, never making me feel rushed or being an inconvenience to them. The office manager, Anthony Johnson, went out of his way to work with me when time was of the essence and I was under extreme stress.
