Allyssa was absolutely amazing! My mom and I were worried about coordinating the vendors and the flow of the wedding day. Neither of us wanted to be the "point person" that the venue went to with questions on the actual wedding day . Allyssa met with us several weeks before the wedding to go over what type of day I wanted and collected all the names and contacts of the vendors. From then on she handled the vendors and scheduling for the wedding so that I was able to focus on things like the reason my husband I were getting married! At the rehearsal, Allyssa gave the wedding party a detailed schedule for the next day. On the wedding day, she coordinated all the details and flow of the event. She checked in on my husband and I to make sure we were happy with everything throughout the wedding and reception. I could not be happier with how everything turned out! If you’re reading this review, you’re clearly looking for wedding planner/coordinator. Do yourself a favor and just stop right now. Hire Allyssa. I guarantee you will not regret it! Allyssa came highly recommended to me by our wedding venue. I knew that I wanted someone to help with the day-of stuff so that my husband and I could enjoy the day with our friends and family and not have to worry about the nitty gritty details and whether or not a vendor was going to show up. I met with Allyssa and sheliterally had me at the words “Google Drive”. Then she pulled out a beautiful color-coded mock wedding day timeline and I just knew…Allyssa is my spirit animal! She is so highly organized and there is no detail she does not think about. After our month-out meeting, a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders. Allyssa is the best decision we made about planning our wedding. She made this an easy process and was always available to talk when we had questions. The day of the wedding I cannot put into words how truly amazing she and her team was. Allyssa made our day perfect and we couldn't have done it without her. All night she made sure my husband and I were happy, hydrated, and having fun. She makes excellent timelines and kept everyone on track. Our wedding was amazing and it wouldn't have been without her. If there was an option for more than five stars I would give her a million. At the end of the day Allyssa feels more like family than a wedding planner. I recommend her to everyone we know. We hired Allyssa as our wedding coordinator. Allyssa was wonderful during all stages of the wedding planning and fantastic during the day of. My husband and I are huge planners, so we were extremely excited to get Allyssa's planning materials. This included templates for budgeting, day of timeline, decor, a very detailed to- do list (broken down by month), and so much more. This really helped for a stress free planning process. I could also tell that Allyssa knows the industry very well. This helped when hiring vendors and making decisions that I was on the fence about. She was also very punctual in responding to my emails and helped me reach out to needed vendors. Plus, the day of my family and friends couldn't believe how personable and professional Allyssa was. They loved her! She also took care of cleanup after the wedding reception had ended, so our family and friends did not have to worry about anything! I was lucky enough to find Allyssa Elaine Events online while I was planning a wedding in Missouri, but commuting from FL to LA for work on a weekly basis. Having her in my corner was a game changer. She was knowledgeable and professional and helped advise on almost every aspect of the wedding. She even offered to bring some items she had that matched the day of decor to help save us some money! Through the months leading up to the wedding, every email or question was answered in a prompt fashion, which I very much appreciated. She recommended other amazing vendors, which took additional research off our plate. You can tell she has built some fantastic relationships in the industry. Working with Allyssa was AMAZING!! We planned our wedding from 1800 miles and two time zones away and there was no way we could have done it without her and her team. Although we only contracted Allyssa’s help for a month out, she was providing structure, organization and recommendations well in advance and kept us on schedule leading up to the big day. She was extremely responsive and communicative – even with our sometimes hectic schedules. With our outdoor wedding, she had backup plans and things ready to move for potentially nasty weather. Allyssa is fantastic! She is professional, organized, and has the answer to any wedding problem that arises. I worked with Allyssa to create a backyard wedding for 275 in which we essentially built our own wedding venue. We brought in everything from tent, table & chairs, silverware, carpet, ice machines, food, bars, ice cream, valet, bathrooms, and a band. She was with me every step of the way. Wow! Allyssa is worth every dime we paid her and more. She took care of all the details in the weeks prior to my daughter's big day. Allyssa was a true gem to work with and is so amazing and talented! She helped me "design" our wedding at the very beginning of the planning process by creating a layout with inspiration photos, which was helpful when we hired vendors. From the very first day, she gave us spreadsheets, vendor referrals, checklists...everything you could possibly need during the planning process. As we got closer, she helped finalize all details with the vendors, created our timeline, and checked in with me on everything I still needed to complete. On the day of, she organized the whole team and worked so hard styling all the decor pieces. The reception looked so beautiful and was everything we could have dreamed of! We debated whether getting a day-of coordinator would be worth it -- it was such a worthwhile investment! We originally decided to sign on because it would give us more peace to have Allyssa and her assistant set up the reception venue for us. She delivered so much more than that! Allyssa ran the day so smoothly. Our pastor even commented on how organized and professional she was, and how she made his job so much easier! Allyssa is calm, peaceful, cool, and collected, and she will help you feel at ease on your important day. Her knowledge of things you might not think about (such as appropriate tip amounts) and her memory and willingness in helping with almost-forgotten tasks (in our case, delivering some desserts to our reception venue) are priceless. Having her coordinate all the vendors during those last couple chaotic weeks also lifted a burden I hadn't even considered. If you can afford to make this investment, DO IT. You won't regret it. My husband and I cannot express how amazing Allyssa was for our wedding. We used her wedding management services and she without a doubt exceeded all of our expectations! Not only did she make sure everything ran smoothly during the rehearsal and wedding day, but she also set up the entire reception venue and made everything look beautiful! From bringing coffee in the morning to making sure all of our cards, gifts, and personal items were collected at the end of the night and made it home safe, she truly thought of EVERYTHING. Hiring Allyssa Elaine Events was the best decision I made out of all my wedding-planning decisions. In the months leading up, she was quickly available to answer even the dumbest of questions. She was organized and prompt, and quickly garnered my complete trust. I hired her for the "month of" package. Starting several weeks before the wedding, she took over communications with my vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. She was seamlessly able to coordinate so many different people (wedding party, family members, hair/make up, photographer, to name a few) and got them all into the right place at the right time so my day went flawlessly. She created my schedule for the day of, even taking into account my sister's nursing schedule for her 5 week old! On the day of, Dani Stevenson was at my wedding to make sure it ran smoothly. She made sure I could spend all my time enjoying myself without having to think about coordinating things. She even thought of making sure my made of honor had some tissues available for me during the ceremony! Throughout the night, she distributed my tips to the various vendors. At the end of the night, our personal belongings were already gathered up and put into our car. Without a question, hiring Allyssa and her team was the best choice we made for our wedding. Having her on our side for the big day let me relax and actually enjoy the wedding. I knew Allyssa and I were similar minds from the first time we met. She is organized and detail oriented and quick with communicating (which is super important as you approach the big day!). I am a bit of an over-planner and had a pretty specific vision for our day, so I wasn't sure if I had communicated exactly what I wanted appropriately and if everything would go as planned.
