My wife and I recently had our wedding here and it was the best decision we made. Steve and David were amazing. Planning a wedding is not easy but they made it easier. We had our wedding at Allure, and couldn't be happier with our decision!! Everything turned out so beautiful. David was helping us and the amount of integrity he displayed through his communications with us, in his actions, and when it came time to pay the bill truly astounded us. He did an outstanding job. I could write a thesis about the experience but I'll summarize it (lol I actually wrote a lot) with a few key points below. 1. Transparency: We shopped around for a few different banquet halls before we found Allure. Almost every single one of them were rigid with their exorbitant prices, and when all was said and done, they managed to label more fees on top. David was straight with us up front. 2. Convenience: From the sit-down meeting, the final payment process, last minute preparations and accommodations, and everything in between, Allure lives up to our high expectations. Your wedding day with the person you love and to whom you are committed only happens once. At the end of the day, it comes down to the two of you; the rest of the details do not make or break your marriage. That being said, it is a ceremony that kick starts your lifetime together and Allure made it the greatest night of our lives. My husband still won't stop talking about it. The two of us initially didn't want a wedding reception at all (we were just an impulsive road trip away from a Vegas wedding) but we are sooo glad we went this route! 3. Connections: Allure was open to coordinating with different vendors. They also recommended us to some vendors they frequently work with, who did offer us some discounts. Every penny adds up, especially when you have a 200+ guest count. 4. Organization: All I did was tell David what we wanted or had set up for that day, and he took care of it. If there were issues that happened on the day of, we had 0 awareness of it. 0 awareness == 0 stress. Everything worked perfectly by the time we got there anywhere. 5. Customer service: All of our guests enjoyed the wedding. The food was great, the waiters were very attentive. The bathrooms were CLEAN. The prices were reasonable. David threw in a couple small surprises for us too. It was just an unforgettable night, and that's all I can say about it. Also, I emailed David the wrong seating chart and then didn't realize until about an hour or two before the event... he took care of it instantly. He responds back really quick and only reaches out if he absolutely needs to. We had the food tasting with our parents- excellent. And everything was up to the same formal standards. 6. Price: He worked with our budget and that's way more than I can say for every single other banquet hall we spoke with. 7: Elegance: The place is beautiful, modern, spacious, and more. Came out beautifully in photo and video. The wedding was months ago and I still remember the feeling like it was yesterday. The sparklers were just something else! So worth it. I don't normally write such thorough reviews, but I'm just so pleased with every last detail of our wedding day that I just had to come here and tell everyone. If you're planning any event, be it a wedding or a birthday, baby shower or bar mitzvah, this is the first and only banquet hall you should consider. Don't waste your time with the rest of them. And don't settle for anything other than what you envision and what you budget for. David will make it happen. We were not planning on having a wedding, as we assumed all venues tripled the price as soon as they heard the word 'wedding' and offered mediocre food and charged extra for every little thing. Luckily for us, friends had gone to an event at Allure and raved about the venue. After calling and talking to David, we had a written quote within minutes and a walk through scheduled for later in the week. The ultimate decision in booking Allure for our wedding was the staff and management. From our first phone interaction until we said our goodbyes everyone was professional, communicative, and an all-around pleasure to work with. David was our main point of contact and was extremely accommodating. His calm demeanor and sense of humor paired with his attention to detail made the whole process easy. Spectacular is truly the word to describe our experience at Allure Banquet Hall. Beginning with our first event at Allure, we were completely blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. From that point on, we were hooked and all our subsequent events were held there. Every step of the way, from the initial booking to the day of the event, was made completely easy, stress and worry free. The food tasted amazing, the variety and presentation was incredible. The service by the staff during the events were spot on. David has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very professional, attentive to every need and detail. He is extremely accommodating and forthcoming with great suggestions and ideas on how to make the event truly memorable. Family. This is what it felt for us from the beginning of the first meeting with David from alure till the end of the event. We felt like we are dealing with people who cares about our event as If it was their own .And the outcome was more than we expected - Alure is not just a preety/ fancy place to throw your event at. Alure is family . The staff the owners everyone there would do everything in their power so that your event would be nothing less than  perfect  !  Every thing we needed , changes that we asked from David were all made by no doubt . The event was a huge success.  The place looked gorgeous,the food was awsome, the crew was there for everyone.it felt great ...it was all under control and we just needed to have fun and enjoy our guests.   One thing I must mention- to make u understand how much a personal touch is so important and makes  all the difference: My husband and my daughter planned a surprise father and daughter dance . They got David involved.  They just asked him to make sure that the sing will be played as it should.  David decided to surprise us and when their dance started at the event he opened up a fog machine that made the whole dance look like a video clip from heaven. I just had my wedding at this venue and all I have to say is it was a great experience. David was available when I need to confirm things or if I or my mother had any questions (we had a lot and he was still super pleasant and kind). Payments were easy to make with him, the food tasting was amazing and it gave us our opportunity to pick out our napkins and table linens (we were allowed 6 people to come when other places only allowed 2-3). We ended up having issues with our previous dj and David eased our minds by telling us he always had back ups and back ups for back ups. So just knowing if anything went wrong with our vendors we had another option that was easily accessible through our venue definitely eased my mind. The wait staff the night of our wedding were amazing. They were very attentive and so helpful whenever we had questions. They made sure we had everything we needed and if we did need something they brought it to us within seconds. The venue itself is so beautiful. It is clean, big, and the bathrooms and bridal suite are so beautiful and clean. Now if none of that convinced you to go to this place then hopefully this will... we had a bag of money that we forgot at the venue. Of course we thought it would be like any other place and they would give us a hard time with getting our money back or our bag would be open and money would be missing but nope. David made sure that we knew he would check all the videos but before we even had to do that the wait staff had left the bag of money, unopened (tied the way we left it), with all of the things I went to pick up the next day. The night went Amazing due to all the attention of the staff. I can't explain myself on what a wonderful night we had my doghter was happy such as us as parents. We recently had our wedding at allure and it couldn't have been more perfect ! From day one David has been so helpful. He made the whole process so easy and stress free, which if you're planning a wedding nothing is stress free. The day of the wedding he had surprised us with a beautiful champagne tower in the foyer and fog machine + sparklers for our first dance. We are beyond grateful. The food was amazing ! We are still receiving compliments from every single guest. The service was beyond what we expected. The venue was gorgeous. Every aspect of our wedding at allure was simply perfect. The people and service at Allure was beyond anything we could imagine. We were treated as if we were the only couple that would ever get married there. All my questions and requests where answered in a very timely manner and I did not have to worry about anything. I consider getting married at Allure a true blessing. We did our wedding here on Saturday 6/22. With all the stress that comes with a wedding they sure made it easier with the Service they provided. They gave us more than what we had originally agreed on, which was very generous of them, considering they had already given us a discount. I cannot say enough good things about Allure, and David. Allure Catering catered our 300 guest count wedding, which was off-site from their banquet hall. Even with an hour drive to our venue, the food was AMAZING, service was superb, and David was so professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He was open to all of my suggestions, and was always happy to help me and answer my questions. He went above and beyond for us. He not only provided catering service, but so much more. From chairs and tables, to sparklers and low lying fog, and a beautiful cappuccino bar, there was no stopping David and his team from exceeding our expectations. I was at Allure Banquet as a guest for a wedding. I think this place is okay. The hall is very nice and food was good but not amazing. Some of the portions they brought out were small but when we asked for more they brought some, without any issues. The cons would be that the servers should know what they are serving. During the cocktail hour there were few times where I asked different servers if there was any meat in the appetizers and they had no idea. One of the 3 women that I spoke to knew English so it became even more difficult to communicate. But they were all very nice. Awesome place, came for a wedding, makes you feel you are at A very rich place! Love the lights show, modern Chandlier lighting is so appealing, ready made on each table of good food-european/Armenian type tray of dishes placed on lovely pedestals, love that the servants going around with appetizers, from the RED CARPET entrance style to the Glamourous appeal of the high ceiling room, does not make you think you are at Van Nuys. Great Management, amazing attention to detail and incredible overall service. My wife and I had guests raving about the food, cake and bartenders/service all night.
