I had mice in my apartment from a nearby building being renovated and holes behind my kitchen sink leading to the crawl space.  All City Animal Trapping came immediately while other companies weren't available for days. I had Pete out to my house recently for an inspection, and his service was what I expected and then some. He had his mask on when he knocked on my door, and had to get into my attic to see what was going on with some raccoons that decided to make my home their home too. He sprayed an eviction spray and the raccoons left within the next few days. I am so happy that this process was seamless, and was well worth it. We had a deer killed by coyotes on Labor Day.  Even though it was a holiday, All City answered our call immediately and came out to our house within two hours.  Their tech, Braeden, cleaned up the whole mess and was super friendly and nice to boot.  And of course he wore a mask (we're mid-Covid) the whole time.  Thank you, All City! These guys took care of a bird problem that I've had for years. Their tech, Daniel, came out (with a mask and gloves) because I' m still a little worried with COVID. He was professional, personable and beat every other companies price. He even did a treatment to remove all of the droppings that were on the side of my house. We called All City to come out that assist us in removing Racoons from my property (This is the fourth time in a year, the last service was in February 2019). The tech I have used on 3 seperate prior calls (Brian) was not available , so they send someone else who arrived unprepared (Brad). No mask or booties and poor body hygiene. When he was informed that he could not enter out home without "Covid 19" protection, he said that for $150.00, less 10%, because we were a valued client, he would only charge us $135.00 to inspect their prior work on the outside the property since he couldn't get into the attic, which he would need to do to repair the vent entries that obviously didn't hold up.. They had supposedly closed all the entry point on the prior visits.This cost ($135.) was in addition to whatever the additional charges to be determined . When I complained, he said "it wasn't his work" so he would have to charge the full price. The funny part of all this is their ad on-line quotes $70.00 for a new client.  I don't expect not to pay for a new problem, but this would have been the 4th time for the same problem from the same vendor. Heard noises on the roof... called All City Animal Trapping, they came out the next day. The Tech (Bob) was very knowledgeable and professional. He pointed out some potential areas of how critters might be getting onto the roof. He also went into the attic to check for animal droppings and that all the vents were closed. I had a great experience today with Ben and his assistant, forgot his name, sorry... Everyone looks alike wearing masks. .. Anyway, the duo found the ripe and rank, seriously dead rat but quick, and took away all the nasty, nested in, pooped in insulation he had called home in better times. Sorry Mr. Rat, we don't make ventilators in your size. So back to the gory details: Ben, et al. disinfected the death zone with a bleach solution and they vacuumed up all the gnarly debris. It's now almost 10pm and the smell is 99 and 44/100ths gone, give or take a whiff. Sayonara, Rattus Norvegicus, or whatever you answer to. Bravo ACAT! More...

They were very quick to respond to my queries. I had another company come give an estimate which was a little high for me so I called ACAT for a second quote and they sent someone same day. The other company was more thorough and was offering unlimited service calls + 5-year warranty whereas ACAT charged per visit so I figured I would use ACAT and save money by servicing the traps myself. The trapper sealed up the entry points but neglected to tell me where he put the traps so I wasn't able to check them. While I was out of town the tenants said they still had a major rat problem so I had to call ACAT to make a service call. They had only caught one trap. After a little back and forth I finally got them to explain to me where the traps were and also emphasized the need for tenants to hide all food. I guess they hadn't made that clear before. I moved the traps to some places closer to where the rats were entering and re-baited - and caught 2 rats within a day or so. Success! So I think we're on the right track now. Their trapper needs to spend a little more time talking to the customer. We could have been on a better path a few weeks ago. More...

We had seen an opossum a few days earlier in the morning which was unusual.  He didn't look good but he ambled off into my giant bougainvillea bushes. Well a few days later we smelled a bad odor from that direction.  I called  All Animal & within an hour , a young man was here and bravely dealt with the bush and found the dead critter and removed him. We had raccoons in the attic. They were in a difficult to reach spot and didn't leave after the first spraying but the team at All City Animal Trapping took the eviction seriously and kept at it until they left. All City sent a technician out on Wednesday and he did a very thorough inspection. He went into the attic, on the roof and all throughout my property and he found several locations that could be entry points for mice. We scheduled a time for him to come out on Friday. He did a great job. Very polite and was super neat and clean. The previous exterminator company I hired used foam to fill gaps which was an eyesore. My trapper used mesh and liquid nails which is WAY more esthetically pleasing. My neighbor even commented and will probably reach out for services in the near future. We had a raccoon in our attic, and these guys quickly and efficiently took care of the problem. I called them and within hours, they were at our house. He used a raccoon deterrent which read the raccoon from our attic safely without having to travel or kill the animal. Afterwards, they came and sealed up all of the potential access points for the raccoon. It was so easy, and so cost effective.  Braeden was fantastic. Very accommodating, very knowledgeable. He was incredibly thorough, checking every corner of the house and attic. I had some very scary experiences with coyotes taking over my hill and attacking my big dog twice a few months ago.  The city wouldn' t do anything about it and told me I should contact a private trapper.  These guys were great. Bob came out immediately and educated me on what to expect.  When the bait technique wasn't working, Bob came out to fix the situation immediately.  We were able to catch one within a week of the trap being set, which is pretty quick.  It definitely sent a message to the pack and kicked them off of our property. We haven't seen any since, and this was about two months ago.  The neighbors, whose dogs were also attacked, were very grateful. Would definitely call these guys again for trapping of all sorts! We had a couple bird nests that we wanted removed. I messaged via yelp and got a reply within minutes. We tried to take a picture that evening to help identify the birds but no luck. The next morning Bob (tech) called and was able to come in 20 min. The nests were gone before 10am! Had kittens trapped between the tub and the floors of a single story multiunit apartment and all city animal trapping crawled under the building to cut a hole and pull them out. These guys are awesome! Always available to help. I have used them a couple of times the last 10 years they are always on time and friendly. I have called them for rats and possums. They came right out and took care of the situation. The service technician also took the time to check the rest of the property for any other issues he could take care of. Top quality service... Live in San Pedro and have had 2 occasions to use All City Animal Trapping within last 10 months.  June 2019 they rid me of a mother raccoon and her babies that had taken up residence under my house via a dislodged grate on side of house.  They drove them out by spraying male raccoon pheromones in area where female and babies were hiding out.  After only 48 hours she and her babies vacated, and my house was blissfully silent again.March 26, 2020 a raccoon tore hole through roof of my house.  I contacted All City Animal and they sent someone within 24 hours to assess the situation (even in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemonium, they were prompt and responsive).  Trapper set up a trap where he determined raccoons would most likely be accessing my rooftop.  Within 48 hours trap had yielded an opossum; All City Animal came and removed that animal, laid down a new trap and also installed another trap in different area of yard in order to double down on raccoon capture.  It took 4 more nights (raccoons are wily critters), but voilà, morning of Apr 3, the raccoon was in trap.Everyone at All City is extremely pleasant, informative, and they take time to explain different pest removal options.  I've now interacted in person with Robert, Travis, and Bob.  All of them are exceptional.I N-E-V-E-R write reviews, but these guys deserve it for jobs well done.Pricing is reasonable too! Contacted All City Animal Trapping after noticing a funky smell in my house and they sent someone (Cory) out immediately.  Cory was amazing .  Super professional and friendly.  Spent Two Freaking Hours crawling into every imaginable crawl space in and around the house to find the source of the smell.  We finally deduced it was coming from inside a wall.  I'll spare you the rest of the details, but Cory quickly got the dead animal out and patched up the wall.  Can't recommend him or All City Animal Trapping highly enough. Hands down the best in the biz! Daniel was able tocome out right away and same day take care of our situation. Not only did he find the source of the nasty smell but he was able to find a handful of dead creatures occupying the vast depths of the house.
