I've loved how approachable Alisa made this whole new world of intuitive eating. It's definitely a process and Alisa embodies that graciousness that comes in taking this journey. She has encouraged and supported me, and been so kind as she teaches me to be kind and to listen to my body. This concept is intuitive but it's not simple and so having Alisa to fall back on as I learn to feed my body, mind, and spirit is so helpful.
