We were hesitant at first about duct cleaning but it was so worth it and we are really happy with the result. We have a brand new house with a 6month old baby and we were always dusting and dry swiffering because there was so much dust. Our baby room monitor would always say the air quality was poor but ever since we got our duct cleaned it has been good. The whole process took about 3-4 hours and they vacuumed each duct. We found random manuels, wood pieces and screws from inside the vents. We are beyond satisfied with the service and Jeremy was great! They were very professional, quick and kind. Been wanting to clean my air ducts since I bought the house back in 2004, or at least see if they needed to be cleaned. I thought my house was tidy and dust free and boy was I wrong. Got a coupon in the mail which prompted me to finally make the call. Jeremy came to the house on time, clearly explained the plan and pricing, answered all 47 of my questions without hesitation, was friendly and professional. Took before and after photos and I still cannot believe how much nastiness there was in the air ducts. We did hit a few speed bumps (it's an old house -- built in 1961 with lots of remodeling), but every issue was solved calmly and completely. Looking forward to having them come back out in a few years to do it again! It did cost more than I thought it would when it was all said and done, but it was money well spent. Since my friends moved to new house they used to say that they have lots of problems with air system inside of the house. As long as I came to visit them I start to search for the companies who can provide cleaning and fixing service and I found Air Care Marshalls company . As long as I made an appointment with them they were always on the phone and always answered even my the stupidest questions. Another point is that their team r so fast and professional. I love this company I received a coupon in the mail and decided to try them out they were very prompt and they educated me about the process before they began we had a little incident where the dryer stop working but Eugene the owner along with his coworker fixed it right away I highly recommend this company for air duct cleaning. thank you

We recently moved in to our new house in Woburn and new that the air ducts needed cleaning. We hired Air Care Marshalls, as they are members of NADCA( national air duct cleaning association). They do very thorough job of cleaning the entire air system. They cleaned every single supply and return vent, using negative pressure machine, air brushes and other tools. The technician is very knowledgeable and he explained me the entire process in details and showed me how the vents looked like inside before and after the cleaning. AirCare Marshalls did air duct cleaning in our condo. Did not have any problems with an appointment. Estimate is free so don't have to worry about it paying if you don't want it, but they ready to do service on the spot, so why wait. We needed it to be done anyway, we just saved time for making an another appointment. Price was good so we agreed on terms. Technician was pretty professional and knew where to look for problem places. For our two bedroom condo it took about 2 hours to clean everything. I was surprised by number of different equipment they used, so it not just vacuum cleaner or swiffer. Takes time.to set up and do proper cleaning. There was so much dust when technician cleaned his dust collector you wouldn't believe what we breathing everyday. Glad we make this decision for cleaning. We had a poorly positioned and designed dryer vent which was so blocked that the dryer couldn't even dry the laundry. My own attempts to clean it were fruitless as I wasn't able to get "back there" with a regular vacuum. This is when I contacted Air Care Marshalls. The person who came was very professional and spent a lot of time not only cleaning it, but replacing an old plastic section with a safer more durable metal one. My air ducts were filthy due to our builder leaving behind construction residue which was blocking and mucking up our systems. Jeremy was a savior for us! He did an amazing job cleaning the ducts. He explained the process and was incredibly cordial. He was also extremely clean and left zero mess in our home. He worked quickly and efficiently and I can't say enough great things about him. Air Care Marshalls quoted a very reasonable rate based on a free on site estimate. Jeremy did a great job. He took pictures before the cleaning to show us the extent of dirt in the ducts, and confirmed that there was no presence of mold (or rodent droppings, since we have been dealing with some unwelcome pest issues). He showed us the condition of the blower, and took the time to explain things before getting to work. He was upfront that if we choose to clean the blower, that's an extra fee beyond the initial quote, as the quote had included the ducts/dryer vent only.Jeremy was in and out in less than 2 hours, and our vents are very visibly cleaner. The only thing that I would change is that I wish that there had been more notice up front that the cost quoted is for check/cash only, and that if you pay with credit card, there's a 5% surcharge.
