I'd heard about Aioli for awhile and had visited their food truck but today hit up their brick and mortar location on 32nd street. After a long bike ride thIs morning I was craving a burger and the California burger didn't disappoint!! Perfectly cooked, juicy and with avocado and a fried egg it hit the spot. We used Alioli’s food truck to cater our wedding. It was perfect. We were able to customize the menu with appetizers and which burgers we wanted. We had the mac n cheese bites and bruschetta as appetizers, everyone loved them. The burgers were great along with the fries. We had a backyard wedding and the food truck parked in the alley, so it was convenient for the guests to get their food. Guests would place their order, go get a drink, then go back and pick up their food. It did not take along time to produce each order. Came in at 5pm. 2 customers in restaurant, which means fast service + lots of seating choices. =)I placed my order for the Aioli burger ( my favorite ) then found a booth. The first booth I sat at had some sort of smeared sauce and drink residue dried on the table (Yuck!). Which is odd because 3 employees were sitting around doing nothing. I quickly found another table.The burger was perfect (pink at my request) and all toppings were hot and/ or fresh, Including the bacon, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, and home made aioli sauce, on a gluten free bun. *I'll post pics of the deliciousness soon as I finish this.*I don't mind spending $10 on a burger regularly here. The quality ingredients, freshness, order is always hot, and the GLUTEN FREE BUN option is HUGE plus!The dirty table never got cleaned and I was here 30+ minutes. I utilized Aioli Gourmet Burgers recently for a holiday event for my company, and they exceeded my expectations. You have to know that this was the first time I used a food truck for this kind of event, and I had apprehensions and didn't know what to expect. Yummmm this place is totally amazing! I seriously wanted to try like every appetizer/side. We got pretzel bites, fries, and Mac n cheese bites to start. We were impressed by everything, including the dipping aioli sauces. I think my favorite was the pretzels and cheese, crispy outside, soft inside. Delicious cheese to dip the pretzels in. For my meal I got a falafel burger. I don't think the party was totally my favorite, I think just a bit too crispy for me, but overall I enjoyed it. I loved the hummus and cucumbers on it. We had the Aioli Burger Food Truck at the "Welcome Reception" for our out of town guests for my son's wedding recently. This was in lieu of a rehearsal dinner. We rented out Cactus Park in Scottsdale and Aioli Burgers is an "approved" vendor at the park so it was very easy to set up. We had about 80 people and we picked the menu in advance and couldn't have been happier!! We had several appetizers and several different types of their burgers and everyone loved everything! We had guests from New Hampshire, Montana, Washington and California - and the ordering was easy - they stayed from 6-9 pm and were a pleasure to work with, both before and during the event.
