AIM SQUAD LLC.

We had a really poor experience with AIM Squad and advise people to avoid them at all costs. First of all they are a marketing company, but they advertised themselves to be as capable of advanced web development, that our company needed updating.

We found them through Upwork as they had marketed themselves as capable of web development. We had used overseas developers and went to AIM Squad because we wanted to work with developers locally in California despite it being far more expensive. AIM advised us that their whole team was California based.

They charged us California prices, but we later found in our investigations that they had outsourced the work overseas, misrepresenting themselves.

After requesting that initial basic, non-complex work was done through Upwork so they could get a good review, once the meat of the project started and we started paying them, they started missing deadlines, and handing in subpar work, always with excuses.

This carried on for months until we ended up asking for a refund as the little they had done, was done poorly, was months late and we had to take the work somewhere else. When we asked for our money back, they were unresponsive.

We now have our project in the hands of someone that is doing a fantastic job, but AIM Squad wasted months of our valuable time and ran off with our money without doing most of the work they were contracted to do.

No character or integrity.
