I love this class. It is all done standing or seated, and as I have trouble getting up and down on the ground this works perfectly for me. I can really feel the work on my muscles too. In fact, my bad shoulder has really improved from this. I have never liked aerobics, so I like the way this class physically tires me, but it is not aerobics. More...
