Stopped by the car show at Sweetwater in Ft. Wayne and the Affine food truck was there. I can't remember the exact name but the burger at the bottom of the menu there was amazing.

I am a traditionalist when it comes to tacos, steak, chorizo, onions and cilantro is normally all I need. But, if you can trust these people, they will combine unorthodox ingredients together to create flavors above and beyond what you could think is possible, without going too far into obscurity. Affiné/Junk Ditch catered our wedding on 10/8/17. Everything was amazing, can't tell you how many compliments we've had on the delicious food! Andrew, Dan, and the whole crew were great to work with, super helpful, prepared, and professional!!
