I?m grateful, and pleased with Advantex on many levels. I was a bundle of nerves with filing a claim and finding a trustworthy roofer to help us tackle our project. They answered the phone when I called, got back to me in a couple of hours to schedule time to check out my roof, arrived the next day, advised me on how to properly file a claim, walked me through the process day by day, scheduled our roof to be done within the month before winter hit, were punctual, had a crew of 8 on my roof to replace my roof within a day, replaced my gutter spouts and four of our window screens, each crew was friendly & tidy from start to finish, the owners were very considerate texting prior to all arrivals making sure not to ring my doorbell due to our dogs being nervous, closing and locking gates at all times so my dogs would not be at risk... I can go on. I highly recommend Advantex. They were gentlemen. They worked with me solely as the woman of the house and made sure I was comfortable answering all of my texts with questions through the process which is huge as a nervous Home owner. He was walking me through all the steps and provide estimated quotes, in detail on all the replacement, explanation on the roof Shingles they recommended, helping on insurance claim for additional missing items, accommodating time to go to my house to sign all the necessary documents. I contacted three roofers when it came time for my project. Jim and Jeff came to my home themselves to do the initial inspection. They determined that my skylights were leaking and, as a good faith gesture, sealed them for me even though I hadn't yet committed to their company. That truly sealed the deal for me and they came exactly when they said they would, and did the job in exactly the amount of time they said it would take.
