My job is to help you figure out what it is you really want, come up with a plan to get there, and stay focused on that plan. Life coaching has to be experienced in order to get a true sense of how powerful the process really is. You need to get organized and stay organized.
You want to overcome stress and cope with emotions. You have needs and desires that are unique to you. Coaching is like having a best friend that does not have their own agenda. Who doesn’t need that?
