Active Standard Drafting and Design worked with my wife and I to create a set of drawings for a major remodel of an older lakeside cabin into a year round residence, including two new living space additions with full basements under each and a large attached garage. Our design required complex connection of multiple roof lines and connecting the garage set at a 45 degree angle to the house. Work was completed in a timely manner, as was some fine tuning. Fees charged were very fair and reasonable compared to a previous design executed by another party. More...

We have worked with Vince on 2 projects remotely. He was able to take our chicken scratch drawings and help us develop a plan for a cabin addition in 2015 and a storage shed in 2017- Quick turn around, very professional, and always giving ideas.
