I am a regular attendee and i'm almost 100 percent pain free. I started going here nearly three years ago and my back would go out on me frequently, and it would put me out of work for a few days. Since working out here and learning how to move in better alignment and strengthening my low back muscles I have only had a couple of occasions when my back failed me and it was only a day of recovery vs two or three .Thanks to all the trainers at Rebel. DeOnte is one of the best trainers in the PNW. He is patient, attention to detail oriented which comes in handy when tailoring workouts to fit specifically to meet each clients needs. I've always been active trying many different exercises, group fitness classes and had many memberships to other gyms, but I never seemed to stick to it. However, with Rebel I've been going now for over three years and am there 5 days a week consistently. I started working out at Rebel several years ago based upon the recommendation of a friend. That was a turning point in how I looked at fitness! Chris and Aaron provide a friendly and safe environment from which you can improve from any fitness level. From the beginning, there is an emphasis on proper form in all movements. Even in the group classes they take the time to ensure everyone is practicing in a manner to protect themselves from injury. Whether in a class or a personal session, they are able to adapt and modify the exercises to meet any challenges their clients have. Also their classes and tips on how to improve flexibility and mobility have saved me from many a painful day. During a year long cancer battle I continued to workout on a weekly basis with Chris because he was able to adapt the intensity to my current fitness level. I've been going to Rebel Fitness + Performance for two years and the level of attention and professionalization there is superior. I have been to so many gyms, tried so many diets and have taken about every weight loss supplement/pill you can imagine. I was referred to Rebel by a good friend and I found what I was looking for. Between the trainers who actually care, the intensity of the workouts (which are customized to your ability), the encouragement of the staff and the overall community of people all sharing the same goal, getting fit, I have found a place I can be successful.
