Bill is a phenomenal contractor. He's not satisfied unless you're satisfied. Bill worked within our budget and was transparent about cost and what he could and couldn't do (which he and his team can do everything so there wasn't much he couldn't do). He went with us when we purchased everything from granite to faucets to tile, and made sure everything worked with our set up.

Barry and Max are amazing and kind dudes that work with him. They were on time, generous, and did everything in their power to make sure things were done correctly.

Toreso (not sure about the spelling) worked quickly to get our bathrooms tiled, and his work was fantastic.

I would dock one star for the painters as there were some places that needed touching up, things that needed going over, and one item needing replacement. However, I won't because the guy came back to ensure things were fixed. Plus it was no extra charge for them to come back, no charge to replace the item, no wait time as they came back the next day, and the work was fixed and looks neat!

Bill made sure everything was amazing! It took about 9 days to do a bathroom to the studs and redo, kitchen counters/lighting/oven hood thing, master bathroom vanities/lighting/shower/bath tile. He has a warranty on everything he and his workers do, so if something goes wrong, he'll be back to fix it. They kept everything clean and cleaned up as they left. Our kitchen and bathrooms are amazing. I'm so happy! IIRC, he pays his guys by the job not the hour, so you don't have to worry about anyone dragging their tails to finish. Bill is fantastic! I'm nearing the end of a renovation he started a week ago last Monday and I have nothing but positive things to say about Bill and ACRECO. His standards are high and he wants nothing but the best for you as the customer. He is very upfront about costs and what he can do, which is just about anything. Throughout the process he continues to be upfront and clear about everything. He's professional and will come with you when you're shopping for materials to ensure that everything will work for your home and work with other materials you've purchased. On the day we started renovations, Bill had his guys put paper down and plastic sheeting to protect our home from dust and debris. He has quite a few teams of guys who work everything from plumbing to electric to drywall to painting. Every last one of them was professional, kind, and considerate. If any problems were encountered, we knew about it right away and things were fixed. Bill shows up every day to check on progress and quadruple check that everything is going well and to his standards. His guys never leave a mess, they even brought in a dumpster to take everything away during demolition so we wouldn't have to worry about the trash men taking everything. Nothing but positive vibes from him and his work force, and I love the work that's been done so far. They work quickly but everything is done carefully and with proper craftsmanship. Over the course of Monday to Friday my old stuff was removed and replaced with new materials. It's just small things left for today and tomorrow and the job is done. I am amazed and relieved! I plan to continue using Bill in the future. Oh, and he also warranties everything he does! Bottom Line: Bill and ACRECO are worth much more than five stars. I've used Acreco several times through the years and I am a life long customer. I've used Acreco for remodeling at my workplace and at my house. I have always received quality service and workmanship. Bill sets realistic timelines and explains the work in great detail. He will look at the scope of work from every angle and provide you with the best options. It's difficult to find quality workmanship at an affordable price. I never met a GC who will draw, design, shop with you, and advise you on your choices. He goes above and beyond what the average GC will do. He is not your run of the mill handyman. He has been in business over 20 years. He is a perfectionist and if something isn't up to his standards, it will be redone until it is. Bill with Acreco is awesome! I was needing several things done around my house in order to sell it. The tasks ranged from small cosmetic issues to more significant structural repairs. They completed everything within budget and made everything look fantastic! Bill is great to work with. He always has a good attitude, knows what he's talking about and, most importantly, is fair with everything he does. Bill understood where I wanted to go with the project and recommended things along the way that I wouldn't have thought of and suggested not doing other things to save money. We recently hired Acreco to do a bathroom remodel for us. It started as leak in the shower and me calling Bill to check it out. He found the problem and handled our insurance claim. We decided at that point to not only fixed the shower but do a much needed remodel. Bill was thorough, professional, and a HUGE help along the way. He was great at answering questions and offering suggestions. His crews were professional, hard working, quick, and wonderful to work with. I was comfortable having any of them in my home. The whole job took roughly two weeks and Bill was awesome about keeping us in our budget. I can't say thank you enough to Acreco for the job well done. Acreco recently did a master bathroom remodel for us. Our bathroom was tight and awkward and straight from the 70's (carpet and seashell sink included) not to mention we had a leaky shower. Bill came out and tested for our leak and found the problem quickly. He worked with insurance to get the leak covered. From there, we decided to do a full bathroom remodel. Bill listened to what we wanted as well as offered suggestions on our project. He worked to keep us in the budget we set and offered advice along the way. I'm the type of person to ask lots of questions and he was readily available to answer. He had several crews come out (carpet, tiling, framing, drywall, electric, custom cabinetry...) and every single one of his workers were professional and kind. I felt comfortable having them in our house at any time of day. They always showed up on time and worked hard. I was amazed each day with the progress. We had a (mostly) full bathroom remodel in about 2 weeks. The only reason I say mostly is because my husband and I decided we would do the painting on our own... although I'm reconsidering. I highly recommend working with Bill at Acreco. I know I plan to do it again. Already considering what my next project should be... A big THANK YOU to Bill and his crew!
