I order a bouquet for delivery from Accent for my mom's birthday. My parents happened to head out of town a day earlier than expected - unfortunately the day that the arrangement was supposed to arrive. Accent coordinated with my mom and arranged to redeliver a fresh bouquet when they returned home. They also called and left me a voicemail to let me know about the change. I am so grateful for wonderful customer service and the beautiful flowers that my mom got. I used to order flowers online from the major internet based flower companies, you know who they are. But then last year I opted to go with a local company who also offers online flower sales but instead of pointing and clicking a picture I called Accent Flowers up. I told them generally the colors I wanted and told them to come up with something creative. Let me tell you what they made was really good and because I wasn't picking a picture and saying "make it look like this pre-arranged set" I feel like I got a lot more flowers for my money.What's most important is my wife LOVED the flower arrangement Accent flowers created in 2012 for valentines day for her. In fact one sign of a good business is returning customers, and I just placed another order for this year with the same request, told them the colors and the amount I wanted to spend and I let them run with it.This is a really good florist to use.
