they were recommended by someone else so i wasnt sure what to expect. i needed some very heavy commercial kitchen equipment moved out of some tight spaces. right away i could tell they were going to be good at their job. they asked me all the right questions for what they were going to need to do. they explained the pricing options ahead of time so there were no surprises. As moving day came they texted me when they were on the way, and when they were 10 minutes out. they went above and beyond. even though they moved 500+ pounds of greasy kitchen equipment with pipes and corners that stuck out they didnt damage any walls or doorways. if anyone ever needs movers i highly recommend these guys More...

Wow, I couldn’t be more please with these gentlemen! This was my first time hiring a moving company to assist me in my move. So it was safe to say that I had no idea what to expect. Kevin, the owner was extremely helpful right from the start. Efficient, timely & responsive to name a few. On moving day I was a little worried that we would have to make several trips back and forth throughout the day. This was until we met Craig. They have impressively and skillfully dealt with multiple disgusting trash removal jobs for us and one with a combative tenant. Able Movers was able to help me with a very last minute job at our house in Tigard. Kevin, the owner, was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. Craig worked so hard to get our house packed, and then did the majority of the loading into our shipping container. Noah also helped pack and was very friendly and efficient. I couldn't believe how much work Craig was able to get done in a few hours, and it was a total lifesaver once we saw how much work it would have taken to do it ourselves (and we wouldn't have done nearly as good a job as these pros). If you need individual moving services (packing, loading, etc.) or you need someone to do your whole local Portland-area move, I highly recommend Able Movers. Able Movers saved our sanity and our backs for our upcoming move. I contacted Kevin, the owner of Able Movers, to see if they could help us with a last minute job of packing up our house and loading a shipping container. He was accommodating and easy to communicate with. He sent Craig and Noah to our house to pack everything up, and then Craig came back two days later to load everything into our container. I couldn't believe how much work Craig was able to get done in a few hours, a sign of a true professional mover. We also were nervous that our shipping container wasn't going to have enough room for all of our stuff, but Craig's excellent packing and loading skills proved us wrong and that saved us a lot of money on our move! Able Movers is affordable, efficient, accommodating, and super friendly. If you need individual moving services (packing, loading, etc.) in the Portland area (our house is in Tigard), or you need someone to handle your whole move, I highly recommend Able Movers!
