I’ve had a few trainers but Aaron by far was the most accommodating, flexible and caring. He was very encouraging and always made me feel I was important and cared for. Sometimes he would photograph me doing an exercise so I could refer to it later. I went from 25 to 55 pound dumbbells in each hand for presses. I’ve gotten a lot stronger while I’ve been with Aaron. I am able to do remote sessions. We would use a video chatting service that you prefer. You would need a tripod or a way to have the camera shoot you so that i can correct form if needed. I will have the camera on me demonstrating exercises and walking you through them.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The biggest change I’ve made are having weekly covid tests done to ensure I’m not spreading the infection to everyone
