I received IRS CP2000 last July. I didn't know what to do, so I went to Yelp to look for qualified tax advisors. Within 30 mins, I received a response from Al. After explaining my situations to Al over the phone, Al said I had probably misfiled my tax return and he could fit it. Al walked me through the steps and explained everything in details. Most importantly, he was always available for questions. In couple weeks, we completed the response via emails and calls. The experience was smooth and professional.
