I went to get a trip plan. They were very helpful. I signed in and they promptly called me back. It was a very simple process. I told the lady where we were headed and she printed the quickest route to and from the destination. They also gave us REAL maps!! They also had books with hotels and restaurants along our way. I never knew all of the benefits that came with a Triple A membership so I was very surprised when I was told that free travel planning was part of it. When my sister and I weren't sure what route to take moving from AZ to KY with 2 dogs we decided to take advantage of the service.Monica was great planning the whole thing for us.She asked how many hours we wanted to be on the road each day, made reservations at pet friendly hotels and gave us the whole itinerary printed out.I highly recommend this office because everyone is so friendly and helpful.
