Cake is excellent, disappointed with rice, but jerk chicken was authentic and delicious. Owner is courteous and made up for a couple of mistakes by giving extra juice.

I was a guest here in the hotel and the Cafe was providing samples to the guest. One taste and I was hooked. I had breakfast and dinner ever day of my stay. They have a large menu of varied taste selections. They have not been able to get rid of me since lol. The staff is friendly and pleasant and the food be on point EVERY time!!!! Understand that all orders are cooked fresh when you order so there is a wait time. Phenomenal food with reasonable prices. I would recommend a dish but I have way too many favorites. More...

I frequently visit GA and dine out a lot. This place has not been open too long but it is probably going to turn into my favorite. I stop in before work for breakfast and just recently I stopped in after work for a great dinner experience. Our most popular dishes are the Curry meats, Jerk meats and soulfood dishes.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have a large variety of dishes and employ chefs that specialize in cuisines from Caribbean, Italian and American . All of our dishes can be customized to meet dietary restrictions even vegan and gluten free.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating signature dishes and family meals allow families, associates and friends to gather and reconnect. Soul food is as it sounds, foods that remind you of warm memories of mom, grandparents and good times. I love to see the satisfaction on the faces as guest indulge in our dishes made with passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Cooking has always been my passion. As a young child I carefully watched my grandmothers prepare foods that always had a soothing effect to me. Once i was old enough I attended Culinary school where my passion for cooking was transformed into my career. I started as a personal chef while i built my catering business. Eventually I outgrew my small commercial kitchen space and decided to open a restaurant.
