We used Gina Johansen's services to sell our home due to a job transfer for my husband, which included us moving to a different state. From the first time I met Gina, I could tell she wasn't just about " selling our home"...........she wanted to make this as stress free as possible for all of us, including our children. Many realtors won't look at that. Gina kept in contact with us through EVERYTHING, making sure she we had everything we needed.....gave input on how best to present our home for pictures and showings and to our surprise..............we were under contract, almost full asking price within 24 hours!! Everything went smoothly, and the closing date was the exact date that was presented from the beginning. Gina also made sure we were aware of services in the area that we might need. But by far, what I appreciated the most is her caring demeanor..........giving me a shoulder to cry on, when needed......offerring her help when needed and just being there! We came to Gina based on a referral from a friend. We needed to sell our house quickly, but we knew there were things we needed to do to get it ready to sell. Our situation had us living internationally, so doing this on our own was difficult. Gina stepped in, told us what needed to be done to sell the house quickly, and helped coordinate the contractors to do the work. Gina also did a great job helping get the inside staged just right for the pictures to show the beauty of the inside and outside of house.
