I hired Chano and his team to remove and replace Luxury Vinyl Planks in my bathroom. I had multiple contractors come out to quote the job, and was left feeling like the job was too small for them to take on. Chano came by on Wednesday evening and the floor was taken up 2 days later. We had some water damage and needed to let the area dry out, floor was replaced the following week by his crew. A Contractor you can trust!Chano and his team installed new laminate floors throughout our home, painted all our trim and installed new doors. He even fixed an odd door frame in our master bath, which icluded building out the wall a bit and installing new frame. It was all quite a process and took us out of the home for a good two weeks or so, but in all fairness, it was a big job. The workmanship and attention to detail was top notch, and if there was ever anything I didn't quite like or wanted fixed, there were no questions or pushback. Chano and his team really want their customers to be satisfied with the end results, and we are very much!! We even ended up having to rebuild the stairs because carpeting had really damaged the wood, and although it cost us a bit more, the results were great! He really worked with us on many levels, including price and he always offered fair opinions on construction and where to spend money or where we could save. A lot of contractors run pretty shady and you never know who you can trust, so I'm very happy we found A Plus Decorating, because we never had to worry. So happy I found this company!On a fluke, I typed in on Thumbtack that I needed a engineered hardwood floor installed in my living room/dining-room and the same rooms needed paint. I received a reply from Chano ( A Plus Decorating ) within minutes. The next day Chano came out and gave me an estimate, it was reasonable/ not low but competitive, and I hired him. The paint job turned out to be the best ever, not only did they paint but filled in any and all imperfections and nail holes on the walls! Turned out great! I also love my new engineered hardwood floor, it turned out fabulous! Chano and his crew were always on time, clean and professional. On the days Chano ( the owner ) could not be here, he would show up at the end of the day to inspect the work that was done, he really cares and takes great pride in EVERYTHING he and his employees do. We have already told him that we want him to do more painting and wall repair next spring in another room. I would without hesitation recommend this company!! A Plus rebuilt my deck this summer. It started as a project to replace some rotted boards. Chano told me I would not be satisfied with this patchwork solution. I did not feel pressured, but I knew he was right. I am so glad I took Chano's advice. A Plus did an outstanding job, on time and on budget. I thought the cost was very fair. Channo was pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. He did an incredible job of pulling out an old soffit light fixture, repairing the drywall, adding a new electrical connection and installing the new light fixture. He painted the formerly unpainted portion to match the walls. It is impossible to tell where the old paint ended and the new paint was applied. Great job on this little update! More...

We had A PLUS team come in to remodel a bathroom and to paint a couple of rooms. They did an excellent job with that, so we brought them back for a few more projects (flooring in two rooms and painting the rest of the interior rooms in our house. They were very professional and completed the job on time. The part that pleased us the most was that they are a bunch of very friendly folks who not only do a good job as contracted, but work with you to ensure that every detail is covered per your liking and are very flexible when small adjustments are needed. Chano and his crew did a fabulous job in our home. We asked him to tear up our entire first floor flooring and replace it with hardwood. Although the job was inherently noisy and messy, in the end it was worth it because the floors were gorgeous and perfectly installed. They even came back to replace some planks that suffered scratches and gauges when we moved furniture after the installation. The crew also laid vinyl tile in our workshop/furnace room in the basement which actually looks like ceramic rather than vinyl! They were always on time, very nice, and most, importantly, when the job was finished the left our house as if no one had every been there - we can't say enough about A Plus Decorating and would use them again and again! Let me just say that I had a great experience with Chano and his team at A Plus Decorating. I needed to repaint several rooms in my home as well as ceilings and all of my trim / windows / baseboards. I also needed to repair some cracks in my walls as well as re-caulk several areas on the house that had become worn over the years. I called Chano and he quickly arranged to come by to inspect the job. He was very knowledgable and very thorough; taking time to explain the process and make some recommendations that I didn't think about but made a big difference in the end. He took notes the whole time and provided me with a written estimate the very next day detailing everything we discussed - very impressive. He gave me a very fair price for the amount of work involved. He also made every effort to accommodate my schedule and was able to begin the job within a few days of providing the estimate - very impressive. The work done was outstanding. Great attention to detail, tight clean lines with the paint and just a smooth professional look and finish on all my trim. The place never looked better; the work exceeded my expectations and left me very happy and once again very impressed. The guys also left the house clean and did not damage anything along the way. The best recommendation I can make is to say I would definitly hire Chano and his guys again.
