Where do I start? A Lively Chef catered our wedding at Still Water Hollow. They were SO AMAZING. They made us (the bridal party) a spread while we were getting pictures taken so that we were given Hors d'Oervres as well as our guests. They were friendly and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend. They handled all of the clean up and even set up a beverage station so that our guests weren't thirsty on their way in. We were so impressed with the outstanding customer service and such delicious food provided by A Lively Chef.

They were so helpful during the planning process, providing a generous tasting and providing guidance on amounts needed for our guest count.
On the wedding day, the chef and staff responded to the dynamic changes occurring with the wedding day timeline. They were able to move up dinner by 1 hour when we identified changes happening several hours before the scheduled dinner time.
The food was so delicious! I am always worried about ordering chicken from past experiences, but the artichoke stuffed chicken was hot, juicy and so flavorful! The other dishes were equally standouts. Staff was friendly, professional and efficiently catered the event.

Our client event last evening was served well by A Lively Chef staff. The food, settings, decorations and service were wonderful. Working with the planning staff in the office before the event was an excellent experience - very organized, very attentive to special needs, very flexible. Had a great experience working with Lively Chef. During the entire wedding process they were very responsive and helpful. On the day of the wedding the food was delicious and beautifully displayed . The staff was also very friendly. The only issue we ran into was their timing. We had paid for water service, and when we sat down at the tables all the cups were still turned over and no water was on the table. The food was also 20-25 minutes behind schedule, as were the pies which meant we had delay our entire timeline for the band (and band breaks), first dances and cake cutting. We were so incredibly pleased with the whole experience of using A Lively Chef as our caterer for our wedding. They were incredibly responsive and helpful during the prep and planning time and on the day of they exceeded all expectations. Our wedding was about an hour and a half outside of town and on a terribly hot day but the staff was still so great to work with and we appreciated their efforts and professionalism! The Lively Chef team did an AMAZING job at our wedding in June. During the months leading up to our wedding we made a million changes to our menu, guest count, table settings, and more, and they accommodated our every request and made sure the day was exactly what we had imagined. We ended up with about 120 guests and we served dinner buffet style, and the staff was able to move everyone through quickly and efficiently but without feeling rushed. They even packed up the leftovers for us to take home after the wedding (though there wasn't much left over, our guests absolutely raved about how good the food was!!) We had a wonderful experience booking A Lively Chef Catering for our June outdoor wedding. They were extremely responsive and informative throughout the entire process and even made some vegan dishes for our guests! The service was incredible and I couldn't believe how personable and kind the staff were—it felt more like they were serving dear friends than guests they didn't know at a wedding. I’m a wedding photographer and I’ve never had such a positive experience with a catering business as I had with these guys! Not only was their food delicious but their customer service was incredible! After I sat down to have my dinner they still found ways to serve the guests such as asking if we needed more water bottles or if they could take our plates. Working with a Lively Chef was a fantastic experience. They catered a fully vegan meal for our wedding and everything was delicious. People couldn't believe vegan food could be so good. The team was very responsive in emails and calls, which was perfect given that we were planning the wedding remotely. We didn't have a wedding coordinator and we planned everything from out-of-state, which can make things a little more difficult, but with A Lively Chef Catering, there were zero issues. They're responses were always timely and very detailed. When the wedding was just a few weeks away, I started getting worried about everything working out, but ALCC was the least of my worries. I picked Lively Chef Catering after reading reviews online and because it was not far away. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and organization. They guided us through the process of selecting a menu for dinner, coordinated the rental equipment we needed, offered a sampling, and worked with the timing of our wedding ceremony. A Lively Chef was AMAZING to work with from beginning to end. They had a delicious chicken dish, as well as vegetarian and vegan options for our guest that were better than I could imagine.
