What do you love most about your job?
Being able to take time to develop real solutions that make a lasting impact on a clients business instead of just cranking out billable hours and not being able to see if clients were ever able to implement the recommendations made and ideas you discussed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Watching people I loved & respected trade their best years for work that didn't feed their soul or change other people lives for the better and still didn't give them the time/money to live life on their own terms. You only get so many rides around the sun, make them count; invest in people.

Planning Services
Planning engagements range from validating & scrutinizing the merits of a business idea and challenging the entrepreneurs assumptions to filling in gaps in process maps to creating & correcting financial projections to writing detailed business plans.
We are very proficient at finding the holes or weaknesses in business models & plans and identifying the downstream risks, as a result we write a lot of business plans. The majority of our plans get funded at the first bank our clients approach because we explain why a business will succeed in the way bankers think and want to have things explained. We start with the money and explain the financials of the business in detail; then add the operations story, then the market story then the owners story. We tie those all together so the whole plan makes sense. It takes a little time but the final doc is worth it.
Growth Preparation Services
Growth preparation services are oriented towards making sure that before you make a marketing push to grow your customer base you have a good understanding of where you are in market currently, your product-market fit, who your specific marketing targets are and what you expect to get for your marketing spend. All these come together to help us figure out how many clients buying at what level do you need to add to sustain you through the valley and pay for the staff & system sit takes to stay profitable.
