What makes a great website?
A great website is informative - meaning it educates people on what you do or what you stand for, accessible, meaning easy to navigate both on desktop and on mobile browsers, and atttactive, meaning it catches your prospective clients' eye.

Describe your creative process.
Typically I begin with a 30 min to 1hr discovery phase where I get some details from the client as to what they're looking for, what their overall goals are, and generally get to know them as a person. I then set out to work on whatever the project is that needs to be done, consulting the customer every day or so to make sure we're on the right track. Finished projects are completed in a timely and orderly fashion.
