I am so grateful to Beth- she is an INCREDIBLE healer. About 7 years ago, I was diagnosed with the chronic condition of fibromyalgia and had pretty much resigned to the fact that it would be lifelong. I cannot even begin to describe the pain and limitations that I have felt in the last 7 years with this chronic illness. It had truly taken over my life and I felt sick almost every week with new symptoms. Recently, I decided to look more into naturopathic medicine and this led me to Beth. This was the best decision I have ever made in regards to my health! Beth listened to all of my questions and is so compassionate. Also, she found the root cause of my illness- something that I literally have been seeking for years (and I do mean that)! Although it is week one, I see so many of my symptoms clearing and feel SO much better. I can't even begin to describe the weight that has been lifted. I also feel so much more optimistic. Beth was so helpful in coaching me in a spiritual guidance session. She helped me to define what my negative beliefs are and then we rewrote what the positive versions of those were, specific to my life. They have been helping so much as I read them every day. This was helpful to me as I wasn't aware of them and she explained how the subconscious works in conjunction with our soul and spirit. I had the pleasure recently of a reiki session with Beth. I always wanted to experience what actually happens when someone receives reiki so I decided to give it a try. When I first entered the treatment room, I was met with pleasant sounds and smells. Both Beth and the space were both so warm and welcoming.  Beth explained what I might feel during the session and then proceeded to treat me for stress and back pain.  The experience was something out of this world and something that I would DEFINITELY do again. It was probably more relaxing than a massage. The hour session that I received seemed like 5 minutes! It felt as though I had been asleep for about 8 hours, but I was awake with my eyes closed! I left the treatment feeling amazingly peaceful, in less pain, and no longer stressed. I plan to book another session soon. Beth is an amazing reiki/life coach and incredible human being. At the time I went to see her I was at a very low point in my life emotionally and unable to help myself the way I felt I needed to. Beth & her coaching was exactly what I needed in that moment. She radiates light and love and is completely compassionate and free of judgement. Her warmth and nurturing energy create a safe, open space to start the process of feeling open and connected. Going through the process of coaching with her and the reiki has opened me up to start to listen to myself and trust myself and that connection I had been doubting and ignoring for a long time. For me she helped me to start to see my true self and build and strengthen the connection I have with myself. After working with Beth I have felt more open, honest, and connected as well as full of gratitude for myself and the things in my life. Beth is such a natural healer in both her reiki and coaching. She's approachable, highly in tune, and has a genuine intention to help heal and share the messages from the universe that you need to hear most at the time of your visit. I've seen Beth twice now and will definitely be going back. Amazing! Great Energy! Extremely Helpful! Beth operated responsibly. This was my first Reiki experience and I am VERY GRATEFUL I had it with her. Her energy has a broad range. When I found her facility online I had already called/emailed/spoke to 3 others places BUT for some reason without knowing much about her I really wanted to go to 7 On Centre.  Her Introduction was good, the Room was clean and I felt Safe. My treatment was Relaxing, Uplifting, and she shared so much TRUTH. I was blown away by the information she gave me as well as my own personal feelings I had while being treated. Words cannot express what Reiki does for people who don't know how to spiritually treat themselves. Before I met Beth my life was in shambles, was diagnosed with a bunch of mental health disorders as a young child and never really knew how to deal with them before I met her. Her spirit and intellectuality on reiki exceeds what I had ever expected to receive. She is a true women of kind nature with a lot of knowledge to help you get  to where you need to be. I have been working with her for 3 months now and haven't seen a drop of my mental illness come through since beginning to work with her. 5 stars isn't enough! I have only had reiki one other time and was not expecting such an amazing and healing experience. I came in all scattered and depleted and after an hour, I left feeling solid, clear, and peaceful. Beth made me feel completely at ease during the session. She is an extraordinarily gifted channeler. Her feedback on my energy afterwards was so eye opening that I felt like she had known me for years, not minutes -- and she delivered the feedback in a very nurturing way. Before I left, she gave me a little takeaway advice, which I can work into my daily life, so helpful! Not every Reiki practitioner has what Beth has. I had a session from her over the weekend, and was floored by her intuitive approach and ability to identify areas in my body where I was holding tension and where energy was stagnating. She created an incredibly warm and welcoming environment, and explained how reiki was working in our session in using clear and non-esoteric language. I had such an amazing experience with my Reiki session with Beth. It was my first time ever having Reiki before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Not only was it relaxing but also rejuvenating and extremely healing. I had my first Reiki session with Beth and it was more than I expected. I was recommended to go to Reiki to help heal past memories and to help me deal with anxiety and depression. Beth listened to my situation and why I was there. I felt heard and support from the very beginning...then she explained how the session was going to be. At the end she told me what she felt and gave me some pointers to improve my situation. Then I told her what I felt and she explained what it meant. Beth is an extremely intuitive coach. She could simply feel into my energy and know what was going on for me before I even knew myself. Week after week, Beth helped me see things about myself and my work that were changing, evolving and improving. Beth at 7 on Centre is an amazing wellness practitioner. I have had 3 sessions with her and each one was a unique and wonderful experience. I've had reiki before but never like this. Beth is a life changer! My boyfriend and I have been going to her for both reiki and life coaching sessions. I've been searching for someone or something to help me with what I've been struggling with. I booked a 60 minute reiki - I had never done it before. The second I met Beth she was open, accepting, and so kind! She tapped into what I was feeling and what was hurting me. I've gone to multiple therapists but no one could give me such good advice and calming words like Beth. Beth is absolutely amazing! I have only had 2 sessions with her, but already notice such a dramatic difference in my life. In addition to being incredibly sweet and extremely knowledgeable (this was my first Reiki treatment), she was unbelievably insightful. Before the end of the first session, she had picked up on things only my closest friends and family members know about me and was able to translate some of that into great tips. I began seeing her for anxiety which has been greatly reduced, but I have also noticed a huge change  in many other areas of my life as well .
