Jenna baked 16 pies for us for our wedding this December. She was an absolute joy to work with, very cognizant of all the trivial wedding details! Not to mention her to-die-for pies! We had Sugar Cream, Chocolate Mousse, and Apple. Definitely recommend for any of your pie needs! And if you see 4Birds cookies around town, grab one, or three :) More...

Our administrative assistant brought in a few treats from 4 Birds Bakery for us to sample and they were delicious! I really enjoyed the granola bar with oats and fruit and the brownie with small chocolate chips on top - both great so I will stop by next time I am in the area to try more!

The finest character in the cookie game! 4 Birds Bakery offers an awesome variety of cookies, bars, and pies! The cookies could not have a more perfect texture and the pies couldn't be more well balanced. This fluffy, "just enough peanut butter", chocolate cookie crust pie could't have brought more smiles to Thanksgiving, if it tried! 4 Birds can be found at lots of local vendors around town, including one of my favorites Hotel Tango! Jenna is the super sweet, super smiley, super creative owner and master of the baking craft! Kudos to you girl, for being bomb diggity! More...

I had a delicious gluten free peanut butter chocolate chip cookie that I purchased at Good Earth in Broad Ripple when I was visiting last fall. Could it be from this bakery? If so, is this cookie sold anywhere near Zionsville or Greenwood so my family can bring it to me in Texas? More...

Three cheers for 4 Birds! I first heard about 4 Birds when local Indy author and hero John Green declared "The Cookie" the best cookie he'd ever had. I spotted their tropical blend granola at Skinny & Co Coconut Oil in Broad Ripple (the granola uses their oil!) and picked up a bag. It was SO GOOD. Too bad granola isn't the healthiest thing in the world because I would eat it every day for breakfast. Dried coconut and pineapple flakes gave it that tropical taste!I then sampled their Wee Mac cookie (using Sun King Beer) at Yelp's Beer to Bites party at the new SKB tap room in Fishers. Those samples were flying off the table, and multiple Yelpers were sneaking 2-3 samples to get their fix (you know who you are. I was admittedly one of 'em). I think they also had beer bread and it was perfection. You could legit taste the beer flavor!*My 4 Birds adventure shall continue with getting my hands on "The Cookie" (and the other flavors of their cookies - I've got my eye on you, buttery peanut butter chocolate chip sitting in those glass counters around town) and the English muffins that Allison F. claims trump all others. It's about time I talked about "The Cookie".You know, that massive, thick cookie inside those clear 4 Birds Bakery jars you've seen on the counters at just about every food-carrying store in town. ..the cookie that you need two hands to hold properly because it's so densely packed with oats...the incredibly soft cookie that your teeth love sinking into yet can also withstand a lengthy submersion into a glass of milk...the cookie that releases the tastes of caramelized maple, sugar, butter, and pecans as you chew captivated by the ingredients...the cookie that shocks you as you ask yourself: "Do I really love this more than my favorite chocolate chip cookie? Oh my goodness I do!"  "The Cookie" is a cookie experience like none other that shakes you to the core (of your stomach). But that's not the only cookie.  There are several kinds of craft cookies in 4 Birds Bakery jars that are all equally superior to all other cookies out there, such as Cranberry & Cinnamon, Sun King Wee Mac, and Gluten-Free Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip.  Collect 'em all, but they won't last long.  They're meant to be in stomachs of anyone hankering for something spectacular.BUT WAIT!  There's more!  There's 4 Birds' English Muffins!  Beware, these babies will ruin your relationship with all other english muffins.  Maybe it's because they trump in size...or buttery taste...or the fact that you have to toast them twice.  Regardless, you can't go back to a sad six-pack from the bread aisle.  You are worth so much more than that.I guess what I'm trying to say is: once you try any product from 4 Birds Bakery...you'll never go back.  Consider this a toothsome warning. Ah, yes. The undeniable feel-good moment of crafting a "first review" for a business. Bring on the badge! Four Birds, it's hard to believe I'm your first review. I suppose we've all been too busy with buttery fingers in the cookie jar to pause and send some love your way. I must admit, while chewing on your oats-heavy cookies, I like to pretend I'm eating a granola bar or some other healthy/all natural product rather than the reality: Brittany. It's a cookie. They obviously didn't cut any corners on this dandy. Real talk. Butter. Salt. Sugar. The works. If you find yourself in any of our city's lovely markets (Wildwood, Rail Epicurean, Goose The Market, etc.), make certain to try a Four Birds Bakery cookie (any of them - you can't go wrong). Thank me later with more cookies. More...
