Small gym. Friendly staff. Open 24 hours with a key card. Unless you go early in the morning the gym is pretty packed all day long. Limited machine wise but has all basic functionality you would need in a gym. No air conditioning so on a hot day its extremely hot. No showers but tanning is offered More...

Great place to work out and it is kept clean. Staff is friendly and so are most of the people who work out there. There are no showers or pools or saunas which makes it easier to keep clean. It is open 24 hrs 7 days a week the whole year. More...

One month with Jake, the trainer, and I feel years younger! I go 3 times a week for only a half hour. No change in diet and no other exercise other than walking my two small dogs. Jeans are loose and I can see muscles in my arms. FYI I'm a 65 year young woman and feel like I remember 40 being! Try it for a month. Love Love Love the gym And Thank you Jake! More...

This is a nice 24 hour place, with plenty of equipment. Its hours suit my schedule, and that's one of the reasons I picked this place, even though there's a Planet Fitness AND a Fitworks closer to me. At first I thought 360 was going to be another run of the mill Planet Fitness big box gym. But it certainly proved me wrong. This gym has everything I could possibly want for getting a good workout in. A lot of nice new Life Fitness equipment, clean environment, personal training plenty of free weights (dumbbells go to 125lbs which is a plus for a 24 hour facility), awesome stand up tanning beds, and a friendly knowledgeable staff.
