I got tired of getting home around 9 every night due to kids having sport practices and grabbing food through the drive thru eating processed crap.
So I bit the bullet and ordered a weekly meal prep with 316 and I can tell you I am amazed by the food. My husband chose healthy eating option and I chose Paleo. I thought I would have a rough time without eating cheese and bread...let me tell you I don't miss it yet! The food is delicious and doesn't make you feel like you are on a diet. I highly recommend this for parents who are on the go like me and tired of eating out all the time.
Since I have lost 5 lbs and can't wait to lose more! Super blessed to have found you guys! Thank you!
