I started working out with this amazing group in October! This group is so welcoming and everyone is always encouraging one another. Tom is always encouraging everyone to do their best and push past the limits you think that you have. He puts real time into the workouts and they are never the same! I have made huge strides in 4 short months and I am so grateful to have found this amazing group of people! I would encourage anyone looking to get their health and fitness on track to talk to Tom! Tom is an excellent trainer/coach. He pays very close attention to details. He knows the ability of each of his clients intimately. He trains all three of my boys and I have seen definite changes in their strength and cardio abilities. They have become bigger, stronger and faster, however, he doesn't stop there. He looks at the client as a whole person. He works on the character of each person he trains. I love having that support as a parent. He loves and invests in each and every kid. He also trains me in with a group of women. This shows his versatility. We have a great time while strengthening our bodies more and more every week. He makes cardio fun by the variety of activities he provides. I feel safe knowing that he has a good command on my abilities and he knows how far to push me. I have worked with Tom for 2 - 8 week sessions of strength training and cardio as part of the Fab 5 mom's group and I love it!!! I have more energy and feel healthier. My kids have told me that I'm happier and my co-workers have asked what I've been doing. The workouts offer variety and work different muscles I didn't know I had! I have never been a fan of strength training BUT Tom makes his classes enjoyable and I love it! He encourages you to reach your potential and do your best. I have worked with 2B4 Athletes and Coach Tom for 2 off-seasons now. 2 years in a row, I have come in to pre-season at UW-Platteville stronger and faster than the year before. Coach Tom takes the time to tailor the program to my goals and needs and every session is different. He not only takes the time to explain the proper technique, but also helps the athletes understand why each step in the process is important. I started working out with Tom and the Fab 5 Moms in June. I used to think I was working very hard when I worked out on my own. Little did I know. As others have said, Tom does a great job. He's very attentive to each person's abilities, and while he's very careful not to push you beyond your limit, he's also not shy about challenging you to do more. Our son has been training with Tom for the last nine months. His progress has been incredible – both physically and mentally. His improved conditioning has translated to improved play in the field. While the kids work hard – which is clear from his progress – Tom makes the experience fun as well. We have been so pleased with our son’s progress that our daughter has started to go to him as well. 2b4 athletes is the place to train if you are looking to take your game to the next level as an athlete. Coach Tom creates an environment where you not only learn how to lift, but you also learn why and how the lifts work. I started with zero lifting experience, but that doesn’t matter in the gym because the more experienced athletes are more than happy to help the new athletes. I have been working with 2b4 Athletes for a little over a year and it has helped me set myself apart from other college athletes. Trevor joined 2B4Athletes after football season of his freshman year. This experiences has been only positive for all of us, The professional knowledge, experience and positive motivation that Tom demonstrates for these athletes is much more than we expected. The atmosphere that Tom provides for the athletes allows them to work hard, challenge themselves and most importantly see results of their hard work and dedication. Without the accommodations that 2B4Athletes offers to the families, Trevor would not have been able to be a part of this awesome organization.

As parents, we are thankful that Tom looks at his athletes as individuals and is truly interested in what is best for them and their personal goals. We are looking forward to see what opportunities will present themselves to Trevor as he continues to be a part of this team.

I just began training with Tom this June with the Fab 5 moms group. Already I have seen changes in my strength levels and have begun to notice more definition in my arms and legs. Tom is great to work with because he tailors workouts to you and makes modifications based on your needs. He pushes you to do more than you think you can while making sure you are doing everything without injuring yourself. His guidance and work on specific muscle groups is exactly what I need and gives me a solid understanding of what I'm doing and why I should be doing it. I have been with Tom for a couple months now. I love it! The lady's I work out with they are my work out family. I have gained so many new friends. I am just beginning my 2nd eight week session with Tom and the Fab 5 moms group. I love the results I've seen so far and am excited to keep going. Tom is so great to work with. He makes sure you are using proper form at all times as you lift. I have a lot of knee issues and have had both feet operated on in the past three years so I was hesitant to jump in full force. Tom has been great though, modifying exercises to meet my needs and giving me positive encouragement along the way.
